We were stuck inside trying to unlock ourselves from our broken front door lock for over 3 hours. We called Patriot who quoted us, came to fix our broken lock, and even gave us tips for the future all within an HOUR! Amazing technician! I lost my car fob/key and he got me 2 new fobs/keys at a decent price and programmed them quickly. He triple checked everything to ensure me that they worked flawlessly. I really appreciated that he wore a mask due to Covid, despite it being 98 F outside and probably much much hotter in my car. Very professional, highly recommend!

Tim was an absolute angel. Got out to my place in 15 minutes to install a lock I was having trouble with. Was patient while I tested the new lock and asked questions. Professional, personable, quick. The charges were cheap and would recommend this company to anyone in the Philadelphia area. The best part about this company, they are open 24 hours. I literally called him early in the morning. He came to our location. He was fast and very professional. We where stuck in the middle of the street and he was able to assist us. I would recommend his services. I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. We waited for hours for a tow truck and they didn't come but he was able yo get the job done.

Tim was a lifesaver!!! After inadvertently locking myself out, he arrived at my door 10 minutes after I placed a phone call to Patriot. He got me inside in less than two minutes, and even gave me a mini-consultation on a new lock I had purchased, explaining the pros/cons to my existing lock. The cost was very reasonable, but more importantly on a late work night, the responsiveness was so much faster than the last locksmith I used. Will definitely be calling these guys if I ever find myself in a pinch again!

Let's just say, one of my unfortunate quirks is locking myself out of my apartment. Numerous times... Patriot locksmith has helped me get back in to my apt 4+ times! Each time the technician was there in 20 minutes, even at 10pm at night or 8am when I was late for work. Technicians are friendly, efficient, professional and quick! Can not recommend enough if you are in the Philly area.
