My HOA contracted them to do our landscaping. Their quality of work is continuously poor. They do the minimal work, or skip out on work. unless they get called out. Failing to mow back yards, not edging around fences for 3-4 weeks, never straightening out pine straw beds, gouging out hill sides with mowers, never using weed trimmers to cut grass where their riding mowers can't reach, scalping and digging up sod due to rushing and making hard turns on the grass. Sadly, this is not just a one time occurrence.

I would personally like to not recommend Truck tk-212 with Gibson Landscaping. They was sleeping not working hard and very rude an unprofessional. I highly recommend lawn south for your needs. The truck supervisor was very rude and said, "look ma'am I just work here call my supervisor if you want me to blow the yard, I ain't got time."

Things look like they are beginning to turn around at Gibson Landscape. The local managers who handled my subdivision have been replaced and the new managers are much more customer friendly and motivated. One manager David Thompson came out with a crew to look at my garden and went over all the issues and put in place a plan to address them. In addition without my asking he offered to replace the dead turf which appeared to have been killed by some of the practices posted in my previous review.
I feel confident they will turn around my landscape and look after it properly going forward. I want to also thank Melissa Gibson who reached out to me after seeing my review and stepped in to make sure that the issues with my garden were addressed. I'm raising my reviews to 4 stars to reflect the strong commitment and ownership they are showing in making things right. I will update the review after a couple of months when we see how the improvements turn out.
