Ryan (owner) came over to give us a quote. He stayed for 30-45 min, was very friendly, and talked through a number of different options and projects we wanted to work on. Unfortunately, that's where the great service stopped. We never heard back from him after he initially responded to our texts. It's now been over a month without contact and no estimate. We cannot get ahold of anyone and our texts/calls have not been returned. I guess the work wasn't big enough for them to care about.

Mod Paint Works did an amazing job painting the entirety (all walls ceiling, doors and trim) of our 3000sq ft home in preparation for putting it on the market. It was scheduled to be a 6 day job and on day 5 we noticed the exterior needed attention - because the inside looked so good, the outside stood out as shabby! We asked Ryan to add on painting the whole exterior and he was extremely accommodating.

He was quickly on site, had a very fair price and his crew didn't miss a beat. The whole project was done on budget and on the adjusted timeline as agreed upon. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the project. Our home sold for over asking price and we know the paint job played a huge role. Ryan was very good at communicating during the planning process as well as while the work was being done.

I would highly recommend Mod Paint Works. There were so many good things about their work and this company. For starters, Ryan was super responsive to my questions, texts, and calls. I felt very confident using them from the get-go. Secondly, he really knew his stuff. He answered questions for me that I didn't even know to ask and really walked us through the whole process.

We used them for interior painting as well as cabinet/banister painting and are very pleased with the work. Carlos was on time and friendly every single day and we felt completely comfortable having him in our home. Our interior paint looks fantastic, clean edges and no streaks. Plus they use Benjamin Moore which was an added bonus for me since I loved BM paint.

Ryan Parker and the team at Mod Paint Works are very good at what they do. I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years and they are on par with the best painters I have ever worked with. Their quality, value, and service are extremely high and the level of communication and professionalism are second to none. We get so many compliments on the interior trim of our house. Most people do not believe it was the same trim they saw before the new paint. I highly recommend them for your project.

I hired Ryan and his crew at Mod Paint Works to help us transform the exterior of our home. It was a traditional red brick with siding two story Cape Cod style that was built in the late 70's. Mod Paint sprayed the house, brick and all, with an off white lime wash. I can't even begin to explain what a dramatic change it made to the house.

We absolutely love it and so do our neighbors. MANY have stopped by to tell us how much they like the new look. Ryan is as professional as they come. The first time he looked at the house he circled it twice with me looking at every detail and educating me on what the process would look like and how they would prep and finish the job. His estimate was not the cheapest I received but I believe you get what you pay for and I liked that he knew the product and had applied similar finishes several times in the past. Also, his crew was terrific.

They did a great job prepping, masking, removing and replacing fixtures and overall kept the job site very tidy which is important as we have an HOA and they get steamed if your yard looks like a construction site. I will hire Mod Paint again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great team and finished product!

Ryan and team did a great job painting our cherry kitchen cabinets. The white color we chose totally brightened our kitchen and entire first floor. I was reticent to paint custom cherry cabinets but firmly believe the resale value of our home has gone up tremendously - much more than the investment we made to paint the cabinets. One of the biggest "bangs for the buck" we've gotten from a renovation - and we've done many over the years.

They may be higher priced than their competitors but I believe, in this instance, you get what you pay for. We definitely did! They truly care about their work and making every detail perfect. They came to my house in Parker to gather information to paint my entire house and kitchen cabinets.it's been over a week and they've never provided me an estimate.guess they don't want my business.

I can highly recommend Ryan at Mod Paint Works for painting and staining stairways. Our stair railing and new finials needed to be stained, while the balusters and newel posts needed to be painted. Since Ryan's technique is spraying rather than brush painting, I was a bit concerned about how he would manage to keep the paint off of the walls or floors. The result: a beautifully done job with no issues.

They did a fantastic job painting our home. Ryan, the owner, was very professional, and he was able to help with advice on color choice, along with emailing me online swatches to help see how our color choices would look in a room. The work his team did was top notch. While the cleanup was pretty good overall, there was a bit of paint we found on a cabinet and around the utility sink. Ryan met me within a day to take pictures and review with his team, and he successfully removed the paint from the cabinet. I was impressed that Ryan took this kind of care for his customer. This firm is top notch and professional from the very beginning through the very end. This is the first time I've hired professional painters and Ryan and his team including Edwin did not disappoint. Their estimate was in range of others I received however I was wanting to support a small business instead of a chain so that was one of many reasons for choosing MPW.

I left Ryan and team a set of keys and off I went. I had no qualms about leaving them in my house alone. My furniture and non painted surfaces were well protected and nothing was damaged or missing. The job finished ahead of schedule and budget and Ryan made sure I was pleased with the results. Mod Paint Works will be brought back for all my painting projects. My only regret is that MPW doesn't do bath or kitchen remodels - that would make my life too easy.

Mod Paint Works helped me transform my kitchen cabinets from an ugly golden oak into a gorgeous white modern look. They used top quality paint materials and professionally sprayed the doors and frames. The work came out looking top notch. Besides the oak in the kitchen, Ryan also updated our stairway banister by staining it a darker espresso. Overall, it was of great quality and done at a fair price.
