After a successful career in commercial real estate; leasing and managing industrial parks, shopping centers and office buildings, Denver Commercial Coatings, Inc. (DCC) - was founded by Timothy M. Doherty in 1997. Mr. Doherty's painting experience dates back to his high school days in Buffalo, NY. and his early years in Denver during the late 1970's.

DCC's roots in the commercial real estate industry give us a unique perspective and understanding of our clients and their tenants. Our services are designed to help individual and institutional property owners and managers, build and maintain the value of their real estate investments.
