Called three weeks ago and sent email with pictures of the lock that needed repair. I had to call back twice to follow-up, finally made an appointment and they never showed. Just called back and Blake said he could schedule me again! But I give up on these guys. Sounds like they do good work for some people but I was definitely not one of them.

I had a new tenant moving in the next day and forgot to call in the re-key. Called Lakeway Locksmith, they were 3 days out but put me on a short list to play by ear. Sure enough a few hours later, the office manager himself called and came out same day and knocked out the job. While at the same time, he was still doing his office duties managing his techs in the field.

The tenant move-in was a success! Truly a professional company that values your business, unlike many service contractors who hardly even call back and act as if they don't care if they get your business or not. Earned my business for life! Highly recommended!
