I have just had the most amazing experience with Austin Locksmiths. The kind that restores all your faith in humanity. I had gone out and accidentally slipped the latch on my yale lock. I was in tears trying to get it open as my key was stuck. I phone a locksmith from google who said there would be a huge call out charge being a Sunday. James was driving past in his car and spotted me in destress on the phone desperately trying to turn the stuck key.

Like some kind of superhero he called out asking if I was OK and letting me know he was a locksmith. I was suspicious at first as a random person approaching you can lead to you uneasy feelings but as soon as he spoke I knew he was genuine; a really friendly helpful person who just happened to be exactly what I needed. It took some effort with my bottom letter box but he took the time and kindly managed to help me. I could turn my key and get back and he saved me fortunes! I couldn't recommend Austin Locksmiths enough after this experience. What an amazing guy!

James from Austin Locksmith's is AMAZING! I was on a delayed train from Manchester - London - Brighton & realised I had lost my house keys :-( I was supposed to get to Brighton station for 10pm and was 40 minutes delayed, James still waited for me! He even picked me and my little dogs up from the station & drove us to the flat to get in. It took James about 20 minutes to get past the Chubb lock and let us all in, hoorah! Excellent and professional service, two happy dogs and dog mum! Thanks James :-)

Austin locksmiths replaced all of my exterior locks at my house by upgrading all of the cylinders and mechanisms. This was all done at a great price and they were really flexible around working times due to having young kids. Highly recommended!
