Alejandro is great. Very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Overwhelmed with a rodent problem and he came in and is taking care of it. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality If you want to take an extended vacation and not be back in your house the day you were initially told you would get to go back, by all means this is your company. If you have a job and responsibilities and need to stick to the predetermined dates, then look somewhere else. They'll play with your time here.

Daddy's Pest Solution is a great example of a company where quality is more important than quantity. Freddy, the owner, went above and beyond to complete the service (rodents elimination) he showed up on time, was very thorough with his service, he even recorded everything he did. He is also very knowledgeable about his work. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and followed up as promised to make sure the issue was resolved.
