Integrated Plant Management or IPM, Inc. founded in 1993 is a privately owned, full service pest control company providing environmentally friendly programs to thousands of clients in Palm Beach County. Our goal is to implement an economical pest control program for your property that has minimum effect on non target organisms, human health and the environment.

We reduce the hazards of pesticide use by applying chemicals only when and where needed and minimizing traditional "blanket spray" treatments. David Guzy, president of IPM, is a certified pest control operator, certified arborist and licensed irrigation contractor.

Rodents

Just about anyone can find themselves with a rodent problem in their home. Infestations frequently occur by the way of the vent pipes which connect the sewer to the roof. Rats can travel through these pipes and emerge onto the roof top. Once there, they explore the surroundings area for food and ways to access your home. They can enter through openings as small as one half inch.

Called IPM after seeing a rat home after I was unable to catch it myself. IPM came in and discovered an old pipe the rats were coming up from the sewer from! They worked quickly to ensure the problem was fixed and I haven't had any issues with rats since. Very happy with the workers and the results. Service: Rodent extermination

I was so upset when I found out my family's beautiful wood desk had termites. I called another company that told me the most they could do is spray some killer on the desk. Tried it and the termites came back. IPM took my desk to a fumigation chamber and I haven't seen a termite since! Mr. Guzy was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I will be going to them for all my future pest controller problems.
