Am sad to give this review. Had an estimate for door replacement, got a quote at the house, visited the showroom and confirmed the quote with changes. When it came time to provide the down payment the quote increased by over 15%, which wasn't a small sum of money. Called to ask about the discrepancy and John quickly said "I can't do it for less than 'x'" and hung up on me. Was very surprised at the incredible rudeness and relieved I didn't put trust in someone that changed their story mid stream. Guess they just didn't want our business!
