From the beginning it's been a nightmare to work with this company. I went with them because they have so many great reviews and a great rate for the service we needed. Every time I am scheduling our services, it's basically pointless because the techs don't show up on time, or I will get a call saying they won't be able to make it. Recently I had a tech call and say that he wouldn't be able to make it because he had another job at 4 pm, when our appointment was at 4 pm.

I don't know if there's miscommunication between the office staff and the technicians, but basically they will show up when it's convenient for them. I try to be understanding of schedules or that some jobs might take longer than expected, but for there to be an issue every time I am scheduling for someone to come out is frustrating. I called the office to sort the issue out, and the receptionist wasn't much better.

She never once apologized for the inconveniences and overall seemed pretty apathetic about the situation. She also told me she would call me to let me know when the technician would come, and she never called me back. Honestly I think you can find a better pest control company to go with.

I had Perschel & Meyer lawn care for over 18 years, with no issues, when I found out earlier this year that they merged with Turner Pest Control I was disappointed! Turner Pest control missed my May lawn care completely, with NO excuse why. I received a automated phone call along with an email letting me know they would be out to service my lawn on June 18. again NO SHOW! seems this company is not very reliable.

By far the worst customer service ever! They don't care about the customer or their time! Make appointments, don't keep them or have the courtesy to call to reschedule! Worse than the bugs in the house!

I used this service to get rid of an ant issue I had. Was told when I called to sign up that it was $99 to start service and $45 for the first visit. And the first visit included a 2 week follow up. I was told I could cancel at anytime. I paid the first $99 and $45 for someone to come out. They were amazing and the issue was resolved before the follow up visit.

At that point I called and cancelled my subscription. The next month I was charged $45. I called to ask why I was charged as I had cancelled my subscription. They told me they would reach out to the billing department and get back with me. They never did. I reach out on their online chat and explained the situation. They "apologized" for the fact I was given the wrong information and that I was responsible for a past due balance of $90.

I told them I am not responsible for any payment that I did not agree to or authorize. They said I could reach out to a manager if I'd like and disconnected the chat. So I had to call my bank to reverse the unauthorized charged. Support and billing were disrespectful and rude.

I would leave less stars if possible. I paid a $49 "startup" fee and then $69 for a lawn treatment. They initially came out and all they did was fertilize which made my situation worse. I then called them and they told me they would have a tech come out on 4/6 for a "spot treatment" to take care of my weeds. They claim they came out. They never did.

I was home all day with a sick puppy. There was no sign left in the yard, my cameras did not pick up any movement, and my weed situation is not improved. They completely lied and took my money.

Told me I had a bug problem because I lived in attached homes and needed to purchase a package for all insects even though I called about 1 particular insect. I've lived in my home for 40 years and know what I'm dealing with. Sales 101: listen to your client!

The technician arrived on time and, even though it was an external only inspection, he came to the door to let me know he was here and would be working around the outside of the house for 25 minutes or so. He asked if there were any issues he needed to address, specifically. He also made sure our dogs were inside so he wouldn't disturb them. We have always had good service with Turner and this visit was no exception.

The Exterminator was very professional and I felt comfortable leaving him at my home. However not sure if I'm impressed with the results. Still being bothered by fleas. I have one application left so I will be able to give a more accurate and fair review. Service: Flea & mite extermination

I work for a local homebuilder. We have used Turner Pest Control for as long as I can remember, at least 15 years, to pre-treat our new homes during construction and a final treatment after construction is complete. They come when scheduled, their paperwork is automated and easy to download. Their services are reasonably priced. I would recommend them.

Service Tech Jonathan was prompt and thorough and found an entry point into the attic where squirrels had pushed up the fascia. We were totally unaware of this. A plan was immediately made to return within 3 days to take care of it with no harm to the squirrels Services: General pest inspection, Termite inspection, General wildlife removal

Jordan Gray was very professional and explained the various services and costs in great detail. We went with the complete termite and pest control programs he detailed and recommended. When moving into new home had major ant issue and I called Turner who responded quickly. The technicians are thorough and extremely competent professionals. Some of the worst customer service ever and they're service scheduling is an absolute joke. Long story short, you pay a "monthly fee" for them to come out three times a year.unless the customer is inconvenienced and calls them. So $70 for them to come out once every four months is $280 for one treatment. What a rip off!

Signed a new contract. No one showed up. Turner didn't even know if my Technician still worked there. Called back 4 times to Turtner. They said someone would call. They never called at all. I terminated my contract. They refund 3/4 of the contract amount with out performing any service. Called again for clarification, they said someone would call me back. What a joke. Don't waist you time. Try someone else.

Worst experience I've ever had with any type of service company. At first they seem nice and helpful, once they get you, it's a different story. Disrespectful tech, 3 weeks to get a hold of the manager to get something done, or undone I should say, and overpriced. Please shop around and compare, you'll thank me later. They got some of my money, hope they don't get yours!

We have Turner Pest Control for our home. While the technicians are very nice and seem to know their craft, and our home definitely has less of the annoying little pests we initially called them for, the treatments don't last very long and we have to call them back fairly regularly. We bought a 10 year termite bond through them, so I hope that it will be effective through the whole 10 years.

The office staff, however, is an entirely different matter. They are so completely useless that it's ridiculous. it's impossible to get through on the phone. They require you to do drafting through your checking account or credit card where they have access and pull your money each month. BUT each month, I get at least 4 emails telling me my payments are late and I'm in arrears.

How can that be, when I don't control the payments, THEY do? Incompetent staff, that's how. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THERE WAS A WAY TO LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD DO SO

We just moved into a new house. Turner Pest Control was already hired for termite control. After moving in, I was contacted by the company stating "by law, an on-site orientation" was mandated and they scheduled a visit. This did not seem right to me so I contacted our building who told me that it was not a law and was only a ploy to sell more services to me.

I did not go through with the orientation and the tech told that I "misunderstood" what I was told. I then received a inspection report that stated I "was a very rude customer" on the report! I have attempted to contact a manager at Turner Pest Control 3 x with a promise of a call back which I have never received. This company has dishonest employees (usually a manifestation of top level ownership/management) and don't care about customer relations as I have never received a call back.

They have lost my future business and I will warn all who move into my new subdivision of my experience. Also, the inspection report had a total of 3 minutes to check several bait stations. No way that takes only 3 minutes. RUN AWAY from thin UNETHICAL and UNCARING company as fast as you can. I have a copy of the report that I will keep for proof.

Terrible customer service. Spent $1500 to prevent against termites and bugs from some slick salesman. They showed up the first time and did their thing. Haven't seen them since despite calling them last month and then again today. They keep telling me I'm on the schedule but "something must have happened" and they could not get to you. Meanwhile, the neighbor across the street has a Turner pest truck at their house at least once per month!

I was told it is because I'm not calling them requesting my "free" service calls.? Isn't that what I contracted with your company for? I pay you "X" amount for services rendered? Well, where are my services that I have paid so dearly for? There is something going on with this company and it's not good. I've read all the previous reviews and they all sound like my same story. Bait and switch. they sell you on some termite protection with an exorbidant fee, and once you write that check and give them your account info you will not likely hear from them until you call and call and are tired of paying for nothing. This company deserves a class action lawsuit.

I have been with Turner pest control for five years. My termite bond has expired and I needed to renew it. I was charged the discount rate $670 and this was the worst experience I have ever had with Turner pest control. First, the tech sat outside my house for an hour before he even rang my doorbell. I live in just a little over 1000 square-foot home and every time I looked outside he was in his truck.

Three hours after he stated he was finished I informed him that he had not drilled The concrete with the treatment as I was informed when I scheduled this treatment that would be done. He then stated thank you for reminding me I forgot. Concerned I called the representative that had scheduled this and she stated that this job should have not taken the four hours that it did.

He also did not even treat one whole side of my house ONE WHOLE SIDE! The representative got me in contact with the director of the termite bond and once he came by and he promised me that he would call me to reschedule and that this will be taken care of. Now two weeks later I had to call and ask to speak with him due to the neglect of calling to confirm an appointment to get this re-bonded.

When I asked for a refund or a discounted rate he stated that I had gotten the discounted rate and that he won't be able to help me. I then stated regardless of a discounted rate this is not acceptable at all. The lack of the compliance and responsibility of this company is truly devastating. The severity of the termite bond on this house is very important due to termites five years ago hence the reason why I need the bond.

Not only is the tech that did not complete the protection on my home he is now coming back out, I was only told I would get $100 back due to the lack of customer service and compliance.

I moved here in January and for some reason Turner came knocking on my door, (how they new that we were new owners was a surprise to me) and the sales guys were great smooth talkers so I signed up for there entire service. They collected upfront a huge fee of $495.00 plus a fee of $110.00 a month and I only saw them once during this time. I've never dealt with such dishonest people.

I will never recommend them ever. I was a bit surprised by the difference in service and honesty with some of these businesses here (Florida) than from Arizona. Very disappointed. I give them a big fat zero.

This review is for customer service strictly, as we have not had a chance to deal with service techs or anyone else. We currently closed on a new home, which already has a 1 year termite bond with this company. Figuring it would just be easier to deal with one company, so I called to inquire about adding pest control and lawn maintenance services.

I wish I had never called. The conversation with a female, whom CLEARLY belongs working in a zoo or really anywhere else where contact with human beings is minimal, ruined my day by infecting me with her negative energy. "what do you want?" is what you ask your toddler when they keep bugging you for a snack, NOT a potential client inquiring on obtaining your services and supplying your paycheck.

After 5 minutes of trying to get this woman to simply schedule an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote, I had to finally just hang up and call elsewhere. She was so annoyed that she had to take this call, and she made it known. I could HEAR they eyerolls through the phone. Dear Turner, your customer service reps are the first point of contact for your prospective clients, I suggest you train them better. These 1 star reviews will eventually run you out of business, you have the power to prevent that.

Bait and switch. They pitch a great game once your hooked they charge you without actually coming out or doing anything. Weeds everywhere lawn looks like arse no different than neighbors lawn who do nothing. Pest control side is good they are receptive and on time. But lawn portion is horrible. Owen the so called "manager" is a liar and doesn't care about keeping customers. Switched to a A 5 star company who is on time better rates and reliable. Bah bye Turner pests!

Well Turner came back out and supposedly treated the weeds. I was not home when they treated, but I have the same weeds that I had when they treated two previous times. I'm going to upload a picture of weeds that was there the three other treatments that is still there.

Well the inspector sold us on the year long coverage. We have a rat issue and we decided to add the bug package as well. The rodent removal they charged me 300 bucks for was 2 snap traps and 2 glue traps in my attic. What a joke. Y'all should be ashamed to charge people that much for that. Not to mention, if they spring before the tech comes back, I have to remove the traps.

Then what. oh ho to Home Depot and buy more traps myself. I guarantee my rat problem won't go away with 2 snap traps. They guy just left, he was nice, but I still can't believe it. Had I known that's all y'all were going to do, I wouldn't have bothered. I'm not one to complain either but this is ridiculous. I tried to call but couldn't get through to anyone. I hope someone can reach out to me about this.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst company to ever deal with. Has them scheduled for a Thursday took time out of my work schedule do they show up? no. Do they even bother calling? No. After speaking to a manager the employee LIED stated they turned him away at the gate. My community isn't gated. Manager apologize and offers $25 off and will have them for sure come out Saturday.

Do they come out? Lol NO. Does the employee bother calling? No. Don't be a moron and use this company. If you have pest control issues call anyone else bc Jesus himself has a better chance of showing up before they do

We are in need of a termite tenting. I scheduled an appointment and waited 3+hrs only to be stood up. My appointment was for 4pm. They called the day before with a recorded message reminding me of my appointment. I called the day of the appointment just before 5pm (they close at 5), to reaffirm they were still coming. I was told "yes", but no one ever came. I left a voicemail around 7pm letting them know that no one ever came. I still haven't heard anything from them in a week. Apparently they don't want our business!

I have stupidly been with Turner Pest Control for about 2 yrs and finally decided to cancel. Like other reviewers have said, they don't physically pick the phone up. If you're in need of immediate service, you have to leave a message and hope someone gets back to you. My husband called a week ago bc we had cockroaches in our garage. They literally call you back once and if you don't pick up, you have to try again.

Then you sit there hoping someone calls the next day bc they never call again the same day. It's a week later and he is just now getting ahold of someone. Obviously our bug issue wasn't a concern to them. So, instead of asking for service, we decided to cancel. For a business to not pick up the phone on a daily basis, is a horrible way to provide good customer service.

We also had our lawn service through them. It looks worse then it did two years ago. Tons of weeds, dead spots.you name it. Of course they claimed it would look better when they got done with it. Give it some time they said. Yeah two years later it still looks horrendous. Bunch of scammers. There are so many other pest control/lawn service companies to use. Don't waste your time like we did. Believe the negative reviews, there's a reason why there's so many!

Updated 5/11/19 So thanks to YELP the owner and staff of Turner Pest Control has finally helped sort out my termite bond and answered my concerns. Their technician Dennis Anderson (very nice chap) came and inspected. I have a few things to take care of but everything is basically sorted. So yay! I have more confidence in them now. And I hope to continue the relationship.

Original Review When I purchased my home the builder had bought a termite policy with Turner. So a year later a bill comes telling me the amount due is $265.00. So I call them and ask what do I get for this $265.00? And if my house has termites does this cover tenting them? They are supposed to come and inspect and they haven't. I call and speak with Sheavanne and this Don Anderson who never calls back.

There is a $1,000,000 warrarnty coverage on the house but no one can tell me from the office what that means and what that covers. For example does that mean they will tent my house? Not a company that I would have any confidence in.
