What a blessing to see such honest people. Richard came to my condo - It's old and I was afraid we had termites - he looked at it and said " nope, just ants. Phillip- came to my home did an inspection assured me my home was not infested with bed bugs, beetles or some other weird bug that I was sure invaded our home. Pestguard recently completed our termite fumigation procedure. We were anxious about this procedure because of the spray foam insulation in our attic and our home being new construction. This 5-star is for our technician only, not the company as a whole. I recommend Phillip Munselle without hesitation as he was timely, professional, and was motivated to help us with our issue. We did experience a lack of follow up in general (management) and their office never returned my calls, however, Phillip was always quick to respond and was clear and concise about what treatment would entail.
