More commercial, less personal. Not my choice for flooring stores (well not for a residential project) However they have been around for quite some time. I believe they have lost their ability to understand what the average homeowner is looking for. I could be wrong but they just aren't the local kind of business I'd prefer.

One of my rugs came in with the backing detached so they had to reorder/resend it. I received 2 rugs for which I paid $3000. About 2 months after they were installed they started to pull away from the backing and fray. I contacted them and they sent someone out but never resolved the issue. Nice people with whom to deal but not if you have any problems! Going forward, I will order from Lowes, save a lot of money and avoid dissatisfaction for paying so much for what I got.
