Terrific customer service! Dawn went above and beyond to find me the exact matching material and color for my project. She ordered it for me and when I returned to pick it up she made sure I was getting the right product. Charles made the delivery very friendly and smooth. Great company to get your flooring from!

Heather was extremely polite and helpful. Helped me match a piece of carpet perfectly. Charles and Caleb in the warehouse carried my stuff out and put it in the car. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

The guys at All About Flooring were super helpful and kind. Chris worked with us advising us on how to eliminate waste in our project and giving us our asking price! Charles was careful, taking time to tape each box in case the glue popped. He too was interested in making sure we had all we needed for our project. And Caleb helped load all our tile. We ordered a couple of rooms of carpets and 2 rugs created. Norman in sales was very knowledgeable and saved us a lot of time in shopping for what we wanted. We were very impressed with the quality of the carpet and the installation. When our rugs were delivered a couple of weeks later, Charles and Caleb brought the rugs out and were very professional, and put up with lots of minor adjustment requests to get the rugs in the perfect place. They were fantastic. We will definitely use All About Flooring again for all our flooring needs.

I just stopped in to get a 1212 sheet of flooring. Hope the sales associate was outstanding! Helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The warehouse associate Charles was great! He helped me every step of the way. I would recommend this store to anyone.

All About Flooring just completed the work in which they replaced all of the floors in our home over a period of several months. Because of the supply issues, the original wood that we ordered had to be changed, and the project became more and more complicated. From the very beginning, Carol was so professional, and to the end, she worked diligently to work out all of the details of spreading the job out, with some of it being done months ago, and some just this past week.

When we finally had to make a change in our wood order, she went above and beyond to help us make a choice that was right for us. We had LVP, tile, and hardwood installed, and all of the installers did a wonderful job. We were especially pleased with the hardwood installers, who worked under difficult circumstances, but were so easy to be around, and also did an excellent job cleaning up every day.

They were prompt and reliable. We have beautiful wood floors upstairs, and a gorgeous quality staircase that we are very proud of. We highly recommend All About Flooring. They demonstrated time and time again their integrity and professionalism.

We had a very complex flooring project that involved replacing ceramic tile in our kitchen with hardwood floors plus sanding then refinishing the hardwood floors in the rest of our house that were very badly scratched and tarnished. All About Flooring delivered excellent results during the whole process from planning, selection and execution. Our next flooring project is to replace the carpets in our bedrooms. There is only one store that we will use - All About Flooring. I highly recommend using this company for any of your flooring projects, you will be pleased.

Right from the start I felt at home in this store. I met with Lew and he referred me to Aubrey. She was so professional and such a great help. We pick out carpets and she setup the installation. Everything went smoothly and she followed up to make sure. Very impressive.

We love our new carpet and were happy to have gotten in on a fantastic sale that allowed us to upgrade to a higher grade carpet than we had planned.
