YOU NEED TO LIVE HERE! The location is convenient and SO close to everything. The apartments are beautiful and the community here is like no other apartment community. All of my immediate neighbors know me by name. The management staff and maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. Alex is truly the best. He is the most helpful, patient, and enthusiastic person I have ever met! I have lived here for over 3 years and it is hands down the best place to live in downtown Knoxville!

I am selling my house and downsizing to an apartment. I was getting a little anxious and discouraged as most apartments (with a garage) only offered a waiting list. When I learned that Marble Alley had garage spaces, I submitted an online application on a Friday evening. By Saturday the next day at 2:00 p.m., I had been contacted and approved for an apartment.
All requested documents were submitted online with an immediate response from the property manager, Alex. He was extremely pleasant and accommodating and has made my transition to apartment living so much more enjoyable. Thank you for your kind assistance!

We just had the pleasure of moving into a beautiful new apartment at Marble Alley, Knoxville. I know moving is never fun, but our experience was great because of Alex Prate, a manager there. We had the best customer experience that I have had in a very long time. From the first call to secure the apartment through move-in, Alex was there to support us and answer all of our questions.
He was available through email and phone and responded to us immediately and took care of all of our needs. I wish there were more people as professional and service oriented as Alex Prate! Alex thank you for a great experience.

From start to finish, moving into Marble Alley Lofts was a fabulous experience. The location is absolutely perfect if you want a taste of the downtown life and want to walk to all the fun destinations. I always felt safe in the apartment and never had any bad experiences with break ins or theft. The apartment itself was really nice and if anything needed fixing, maintenance was always super quick to respond.
They even helped me by bringing a little tuba-ware of paint for the bathroom when I requested it. I mostly worked with and talked to Amanda in leasing and she was awesome. She was always very friendly and very helpful. If We didn't have to move, I could have stayed there for several more years. Definitely recommend the place!

Mostly great experience so far! I have only lived there 3 months thus far. Location is ideal and the complex facilities are nice. I have a nice apartment overlooking the pool and most of my surrounding neighbors are respectful and pleasant. There are some younger, college students who get a little rowdy, which can be tough living amongst as it gets very noisy (many of whom appear to be my neighbors). Otherwise, my experience has been generally positive.

I love the location of Marble Alley! It's so convenient to Market Square. I also love that there's a dog park so close. The staff is amazing, I toured recently with Alex and he made me feel very welcomed. He was also very knowledgeable about the area, even recommending where to grab dinner and what to do in downtown Knoxville.

We moved into Marble Alley Lofts the second week it opened, and five years later, we still pinch ourselves that we're lucky enough to live in this awesome apartment community. Our neighbors are great.we formed a "downtown dining out club" with three other couples.the management staff and maintenance crew are responsive and friendly.the covered parking garage is fantastic, and the pool/common areas and clubhouse are where we've made some of our closest friends.
The convenience to "things to do" is awesome (Regal Movie Theater is one block away, the Tennessee Theatre is two blocks away (we have the Broadway play series tickets) and we're in the middle of all the seasonal festivals and action downtown. And dozens of restaurants and shops surround us. I cannot imagine living anywhere else downtown.

I had a awesome experience when touring Marble Alley. Alex was so nice and addressed all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. I was also impressed with Amanda, the assistant manager. They seem to be such a great team and made me feel very welcomed. I was very impressed with the salt water pool and the fitness center. The model was lovely and very clean. Unfortunately, there were no available apartments for my time frame. Dewayne, the manager stepped out of his office to greet me before I left stated that they would call me if someone turned in a early notice.

Having lived in several apartment complexes in harsh, fast paced metro areas like Boston and New York City, I had a very low bar for moving to downtown Knoxville this year. That said, the entire process to move in to Marble Alley Lofts has been the most pleasant experience! My expectations were absolutely blown out of the water with the amazing service, hospitality, and friendliness that Alex and the rest of the management team at Marble Alley Lofts has shown!
They've been quick to respond to my questions, accessible in my times of need, and extraordinarily helpful during the leasing and move in process. On top of that, the living quarters here are superb - certainly some of Knoxville's finest - and I have loved every day I've spent here. 5 stars!

I love living downtown at Marble Alley! The location is perfect for walking everywhere, my apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the residents are friendly! I haven't lived in an apartment for 30 years, but the staff made the process smooth and easy for me. Amanda and Alex are always cheerfully serving the residents well! Dewayne responds to concerns quickly and makes it a priority to have happy residents! Moving to Marble Alley has been a great decision for me!
