"Woody" has been the most helpful contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. We have used him multiple times. He showed up within an hour for an emergency call because of a leaking valve (we were lucky that he was in the area at the time). We've used him for two separate planned plumbing jobs. Both times he showed up when he said he was going to, did the job (while keeping us informed of any issues), and was very professional the whole time. He's at the top of our list when ever we need something done.
