Everyone we worked with at Middletown Fence Company went above and beyond to make sure our fence was built right. They communicated throughout the entire process and asked us several questions about how we wanted it to turn out. The whole crew worked hard and clearly wanted us to be satisfied. Of the three companies we spoke with before deciding to go with Middletown, they were the most affordable, spent the most time with us, and had the best warranty for their work. Highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the entire process for getting a fence. The company was booked a few weeks out but they actually called ahead of schedule. The two men who worked on our fence were wonderful. Outstanding job!

I interviewed a few fence companies and chose Middletown because they had the best price and even offered a veteran discount. Once I dropped the check off however, I never heard back and had to constantly call them to see when they were coming out. They made it seem as if I needed to be there for the install but never got an actual date even as little as a week out.

They didn't show up for the 3 day window I was given and never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming or when they would come out. Called them again and got told they would start on a Wednesday. Got a call Tuesday morning that they could start that day. Waited till 1:30 before anyone showed up. They told me they were just gonna drop equipment and come back Wednesday. I don't know how the fence will look but I don't have high hopes.

I had a fantastic experience with Middletown Fence Company. They were prompt with the estimate and quick with responding to questions/adjustments to original estimate. I paid the 50% down and they were there the following week to remove old fence and install new fence. I would recommend Middletown Fence Company to anyone and will definitely use them for my future needs.

First construction was not built to specs in contract. Spoke with co-owner who said they'd "make it right." Sent the same crew out a second time to make corrections. After the second time, the fence posts aren't plumb, the pickets aren't even, and the gate pickets have a variety of spacing between them. Was told they would come back a third time to "make it right." Haven't seen them or heard from them in a month.

They came out and provided an estimate within two days and accomplished the work that week. Fence is attractive, exactly what we wanted. Everything was cleaned up well. Will definitely use again when necessary. Thank you. LSB

We've had our aluminium fence for 13 months now. It's still looks as great as the day it was installed. As a busy mom and "Mrs Fix-It", I'm so glad to have this trouble free fence. No more staining wood fences or repairing broken boards. This fence has given our yard a bigger feel vs the wood fence we had before. The aluminum fence blends beautifully into the background.

The workers were very knowledgeable and tidy. Rob has been great to work with. My only regret is that we hadn't done it sooner; I wasted so much time and money patching up the old wood fence. I cannot recommend Middletown Fence Co enough!
