We worked closely with John S, from picking out our carpet, to emailing him updates and photos on how we were coming along getting ready for our carpet installation. Day of installation came, and Scott and his crew were right on time and very prepared. They were exceptional!.Polite, respectful, true professionals in every sense of the word. My wife and I are thrilled with our new carpet, and the whole experience, from in store to in our house was first rate.
We felt we were the most important people MWO were dealing with. Our thanks to all there for taking a potentially stressful (whole house carpet isn't cheap) experience, and making it a smooth ride! Salute! Joe and Cindy Kutchenriter, Jr

I wish I could give Dean a zero. He was rude to me when they screwed up. didn't bind my area rug to size, they refuse to deliver so we had to spend $50 to rent a truck.when I called frustrated about it, he said, " you have been nasty every time you've come in". I have a right to be upset with shoddy work. Dean needs to be fired or go to customer service training.this is not how you deal with frustrated customers.
