The crew who refinished my floor did a spectacular job transforming my damaged oak flooring into something beautiful again. They were extremely efficient and professional throughout the process, as well. This is the second time I've relied on Floorcraft Designs to restore my floors. They get my absolute highest recommendation!

I had two extensive flooring projects completed with Floorcraft Designs. Both projects turned out beyond my expectations relative to selection of materials and quality of work. It was great working with Michael on both projects and found his team professional and courteous.

Michael and Floorcraft Designs were referred to me by Black Oak Building Company. I was not disappointed. They installed a "patch" in our powder room, added hardwood flooring to our study, and refinished our existing hardwood floors. The study is located off our foyer, Michael's team laced the flooring into the foyer in a way that you would never know it wasn't there when the home was built.

The level of detail was impressive. None of the other companies that quoted the project suggested removing the shoe to get closer to the base and in the end better results. It was tough being out of the house for extended periods (our floors are at every entrance to the house), but well worth it! Michael and his team at Floorcraft Designs will always get my recommendation.

I had a vendor try 4 times over a period of 3 months to redo my hardwood floor, after the fourth time they commented "it doesn't look bad with the lights off". I reached out to Floorcraft Designs, Michael came running, provided an estimate, and completed the work within 3 weeks. My floors look great. For anyone reading this, don't waste your time with other vendors, go with Floorcraft Designs. I can't say your estimate through finished work will be within 3 weeks, but I can say you will be amazed with the results.

Cannot say enough about this company. The price was reasonable, the crews were courteous, on time, worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. I would consider our job to be a difficult one as the original solid wood floor is pecan, an extremely difficult wood to sand, the original finish was poor, had worn, was in very poor condition and there were sever patches from water damage.

The crew leader kept me informed at every step of the process. I read the negative reviews and these are 100% opposite of my experience. This was my best experience with hiring a contractor.

We replaced old carpeting and laminate flooring throughout our home with hardwood floors, and couldn't be happier with the work done by Floorcraft Designs. We obtained several estimates for the job, but was particularly impressed with the time that Michael spent with us in our home and at his showroom, answering our questions and informing us about the various products and finishing techniques.

Even though I had to request several scheduling delays (because of other work that was being done in our home), Michael was very accommodating. When our project date finally arrived, Michael's team started right on time and finished this big job early. We very much liked the team of workers who did the job, particularly Butch, whose experience and advice was very helpful. When our old plumbing caused problems with appliance removal and reinstall, Michael handled the problem well and kept us updated throughout. We recommend them highly.

I believe this company is capable of doing a satisfactory job & the owner is particularly motivated to do so prior to being paid. The overall quote was reasonable & I had no problems until the point that I was dissatisfied with the transition piece between kitchen & dining area. Most recently, the transition was glued down, but literally did not stick.

I can pick it up. It also is not quite long enough & there is a gap between the wall and wood. He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated.

I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. I am not seeking to bash this company; to the contrary, I simply would appreciate acknowledging the problem with a plan to follow up.

I would definitely use them again! Mike is a great person to work with and his whole entire crew were amazing. They took great care of the space trying to keep the environment dust free for minor cleanup when all was done. They also did a great job advising me on color choices. Michael and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job on the wood flooring in our home. Not only was the workmanship top quality, but they were incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. They started on time, finished on time, and did an excellent job.

Gave me a fair price, did the work on schedule, did a great job of managing the dust, and the finished product was exemplary. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will hire them again without hesitation when it's time to do the upstairs.

I am very happy with Floorcraft Designs! We recently moved into a new house and wanted to have the hardwood floors refinished and stained a darker color. Floorcraft design did an amazing job and were a bit cheaper than the competition! The staff was also wonderful to work with! We love our new floors!

Let me clarify that my rating is for responsiveness. Unlike many businesses, Michael promptly scheduled an on-site free consultation. He also promptly delivered wood samples. He also provided an estimate very promptly & understood that I needed to seek out other estimates. Whether or not we do business together, I wanted to recognize his customer service as top-notch!! Based on my experience, these are very important first steps that make a great first impression! Definitely recommend exploring what this company can offer!!
