I had to get my flooring replaced. I got quotes from different contractors there quote was second best. I had lower quote from a general contractor but I choose these guys because they only do flooring and their positive REVIEWS. I have to say I was not wrong in my decision. They were highly professional and courteous. Brandon and his team did install my floors. They paid attention to details and they did a great job. I highly recommend these guys.

Being in Construction Management, it is not often you find a contractor that is reputable, reliable, and cooperative. The Flooring Doctor came through with the refinishing of my pine floors, where one contractor failed and the other two said they could not do it because of the nature of the project. The project consisted of matching the color and finish of an existing area to an area needing refinishing.
To say the least, working with a soft pine floor and trying to match a 20-year-old finish was daunting. But Nick, Casey, and Rafael were patient, diligent, and executed the project to perfection. I cannot thank them enough. My wife and I were beginning to think that we would never be able to match the two floors. But the Flooring Doctor came through and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. When I tackle the upstairs, I will be calling the Flooring Doctor.

Flooring Doctor is amazing! The just left after installing beautiful floor in our family room. The space is completely transformed. Long story short. After a nightmare job done by a bad contractor and a year of trying to get it spots of the floor fixed or finished properly, the Flooring Doctor was the only one's who I could find to help fix things at a reasonable cost. Couldn't be more happy with my experience. I called about 7-8 stores in Bucks County, and they offered the best price. They are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They carry top brands, but are cheaper than other big flooring stores. I've placed 3 orders of Mannington LVP through them, and I'm very happy with my experience!

Best service, great work, nico always stayed in contact and his staff was excellent, fast, and professional. The most important thing I will say and this is the most important thing for any contractor. Whatever Nick said he delivered on. His start date, finish date, supplies needed, price, nothing changed and that is impressive. Most contractors do not perform that way in my vast experience.

After much research, we had Somerset hardwood flooring installed in our living room, dining room, and kitchen. We got three quotes for the installation. Flooring Doctor was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive and their service was fantastic. They brought samples to our home and their expertise helped us decide on the product best for us. I've been wanting to get rid of the carpet for a number of years and have been searching for the right professionals to do it. It was a pleasure working with Nick at the Flooring Doctor. He was helpful from the start and made sure I had all the information I needed about what flooring choices were available. I don't have much experience with flooring but Nick explained all the options clearly and helped me make the best choice for my home. I went here after reading all the fabulous reviews and they were helpful in store so I scheduled an appt for them to come out and give me a quote on flooring. The day came and they called within the hour they said they would to let me know someone was on their way. Great, or so I though. half hour goes by, one hour goes by, two hours go by, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!
Why call to say you're on your way and not show up? So whatever, if you don't want my money, I'm not chasing after you. OVER A WEEK LATER, they call to try and reschedule a visit. I THINK NOT! Unprofessional. Don't waste your money on someone who doesn't want to help you.

Flooring Doctor put hardwood at my home on June 1. They did an outstanding job! The job included living room, dining room, two bedrooms, hall and den. They pulled up old floor one day and took only two days to put the floor in. The workers were so good and wanted to complete the job that they did not even stop for lunch. The price was competitive. I highly recommend them.

I had some issues getting the flooring installed on the initial appointment day and this was my only problem. They did show very good customer service after this happened. The office manager was fantastic and the installers when they actually got here were plesant and professional and did the job in the amount of hours that they had said. I cant give five stars because of the problems with the installation time but other than that they do great work.
