Unlike other design firms, we are involved from assisting with site selection, through to the final interior design including putting towels in the closet! The client is in charge of the service they want us to provide: Designlink divides the project into two basic phases. DESIGN and CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.Although we offer other services, the client knows where they are in the process. We do not proceed into PHASE 2 without written consent from the client. We are available once drawings are complete, to "hand hold" the client through the entire process. We can specify all elements of the project, including assisting with contractor selection and construction administration.

We consider ourselves to be extremely attentive to your needs and give our clients a lot of personal attention. It is critical to the interior design process as these interior spaces are the most intimate and most reflective of the client's wishes. As with all of our projects we will sit down and brainstorm your needs and wishes so we can present multiple design schemes.

We build relationships with our clients in the design process. We can present 2-3 design concepts to help narrow in on their design wishes and ideas. Know what you want as you begin the design process. If you know what styles excite you then be familiar with how to describe them and be ready to provide examples.

We love custom residential projects! Over the pat 28 years we have worked on and completed numerous projects throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix, and other areas of Arizona. Our custom home designs are much more than laying out a floor plan and putting together templated elevations. We get to know our clients and we want to understand their tastes, lifestyle, and daily routines.

Debbi and Julia are among the most competent and responsive architecture team I have ever worked with. They bring more to the table than a set of well thought out and city approved drawings (which is all you can really ask for) they also bring an eye to design and finishes that you can trust.
