We are local homeowners that had water damage to a room and bathroom. Prior to selecting Greg, we obtained multiple proposals from contractors we interviewed. We know quality when we see it, given our combined years of legal, contracting and project management careers. You will simply not find a better construction partner than Greg Mangum. The project was on time and under budget.

The project manager and sub-contractors were all professional, well skilled and great to work with. They respected our space. Greg and team addressed and corrected any issues that came up immediately. We highly recommend Greg.

I have worked with Mangum Builders on several projects over the years, and I am consistently impressed with the finished project. As someone who deals with MANY builders, it is always a pleasure to work with Greg and his crew. They have clean, orderly job sites. Their scheduling is well regimented, and they make working with them easy. We were tasked with making some custom doors for a project in Rosedale which I visited yesterday for the first time after the job was done.

It was very rewarding to see our product integrated so seamlessly into the overall build. The fit and finish of every aspect was really spot on. I really can't recommend Mangum Builders enough.

He helped us on more than one occasion with suggestions for cost saving solutions for our build without compromising "The Look" we were going for! Greg was always very easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions or concerns, as we were living in another city during most of the build process, even sending us photos of the ongoing build status! Greg even came out to our home and personally helped me design my master closet.

Critical: Professionalism Greg Mangum let rain water get in the house and then blamed us, the floor contractor, for finish bonding issues. I offered to meet him in the middle for redoing the floors, we refinish at no charge and he moves furniture and touches up the quarter round. Wasn't good enough for him so he left me a terrible review. Shady guy. Service: Install flooring

The Mangum team built our custom home in 2011 in West Lake Hills. We had heard that building a home would be stressful and challenging but we found the process both easy and efficient. That is largely because of Greg and his amazing team. He helped us navigate the challenges of permitting, communicated clearly and honestly throughout. He also has an amazing aesthetic which while not his core responsibility added incredible input during the finish out and design phase. We finished the 4400 square foot house in 10 months and we were under budget. I can't recommend Mangum Builders enough!

We used Greg Mangum builders for an addition on our home. The quality of his work is amazing. We have had many people comment about how beautiful the addition is and how seamlessly it flows into our home.
