Only giving two stars. Our last time we used them for an under house broken pipe they did not do all that was contracted. They were to remove all the affected dirt and they did not. Only one small bag was taken out. Also did not put down the plastic that they said they would. Also pulled a lot of our heating pipe insulation covering off. Called and asked for these things and they never got back to us. Cashed our large $2700.00 check for this not complete service. We will use another service next time. Still trying two years now to get them to fix!

I had a bio hazard job where covid disinfecting was needed too earlier this year. Servpro quoted me $4000+ without coming out to take a look first. Then tried to pressure me to sign a contract right there claiming that evening was the only time they had and they were busy all other time. They called me on the phone several time asking me to sign the contract.
I told them I would do comparison shopping first and they immediately cancelled the contract without saying a word. I ended up using bio one east bay. They were professional and did a good job. Also the job cost me less than $2000. That's how much Servpro Petaluma overcharge!

My dad had a fire in his kitchen that sent smoky, greasy, sooty, smoke everywhere! SERVPRO completely took care of it, from bring HEPA filters in when they did the estimate so that could start pulling the smoky air out even before the technicians arrived to meticulous and thorough cleaning - they turned a nightmare into a silver lining. Can't recommend highly enough, would give 10 stars if I could.
