This may seem obvious, but Gontram Architecture keeps construction cost and how it can be minimized at the forefront of every project. We are experienced in all types of project delivery services, including the traditional design/bid/build.

We often participate in the increasingly-popular design/build project delivery services with general contractors. In addition to being a licensed architect, Edmund J. Gontram III, AIA is a licensed general contractor and participates in construction projects through Ten Penny Construction, Inc. We have the resources available to meet or exceed expectations.

Construction is where the fun begins. This is when dirt is pushed around, concrete is poured, steel is erected, brick is laid, roofing is applied and Certificate of Occupancy is obtained. This does not happen as a matter of course or by accident. A successful construction project depends on careful management and observation.
