So glad to have Target Surveying as our go-to surveyor. C. Gilman always checks in with us and gets our orders out in time and done right. Keep up the good work.

I never leave reviews, but this has been such a terrible experience, I've decided to. Don't use this company. It's been a month longer than they said it would take and I STILL don't have my completed survey. I've gotten not ONE update that I or my realtor didn't call and ask for, usually waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Absolutely nothing gets done without us calling and prodding them. And no one there seems to communicate with one another. We're constantly promised updates or progress that we never hear another word about.

Target deserves a 10/5. They ALWAYS come through for us. Even when we are a pain. Not only are the surveys on time and customer service quick with a response, they have the best sales rep in any company- Kris Wright. Thank you!

I would give it 1 star, but Keonna was helpful and professional. I requested a survey for a property I am purchasing, to find boundary lines, elevation, etc. They asked for title commitment, deposit, I paid deposit. THEN they asked me what I wanted the survey for (after I had already told them) and they said they don't do "those" types of surveys. So, a basic survey is a "type" they don't do. So, in these times where people are hurting, they take peoples money to tie it up, when they haven't even confirmed they can do the job or not.

Broken process, hot mess of an organization. I get the feeling it is actually intentional and they are being instructed not to survey, to slow peoples progress. Shareholders over corporations and the slaves that follow orders just zombie walk along.

This is a company we use daily. We trust them with their fast service and expertise. Kris is hands down the reason we have and always will use Target Surveying. Anytime dead lines get blurred or hard, he's always a call away to assist. FM Region 1 and FM Region 3 are ALSO amazing and answer quickly :

I used Target Surveying several times last year, once for personal reasons and the rest was for work related reasons. All of my experiences were great. Each member of the team was responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. Their pricing was great compared to other surveyors we called and the turn around time was exactly as estimated. Will definitely continue using them in 2022 and beyond.

Love Target Surveying! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, easy to reach and always answers the phone (unlike some of these reviews state). Target has great turnaround times compared to other companies out there. I have been using them for our surveys for years and will never use any other company.

This company has rude employees. I hired them to survey my lot and when I went I saw no markers, I called to ask why there was no markers and they advised that they used flags. THERE WAS NONE! When I ask if they can redo it as there wasn't any sign of the markers. They said I would have to pay them $175 even though I already paid $300 initially. DO NOT USE THEM!

Poor surveys, in less than a single month 2 surveys for 2 different transactions, were very inaccurate, 1 required 7- that's right 7 revisions over the span of weeks for many inaccuracies. The second survey the address was completely wrong, street name, house number, all of it was entirely different and unrelated. Many phone calls later- and several extensions, you might have a correct survey. Survey timeliness is important, and the accuracy is crucial.

They cost us money by providing a inaccurate survey. We specifically wanted to know if any of the property was encumbered by water and they showed it wasn't During construction we needed another survey because they would answer my contractors calls to do a construction survey. The new survey done by a professional revealed that 8' of the property was in the water.

Now they won't answer my e-mail to resolve the matter. NICE BUSINESS PRACTICES The only reason they get one star is you have to give it to them to provide a comment so others are aware of how the conduct business. STAY AWAY

This company was doing a survey in my area and they went on my property and started digging holes busted my sprinkler system never knocked on the door to notify us if they possibly did any damage and continued on surveying the house across the street. I to submit them the invoice for the company and fixed it. I am handy fixed myself and told them I have spent hours yesterday researching who the company was that was out until I finally contacted a real estate agent. My time and my 40 or $50 that I spent on fixing it they didn't wanna hear it and I was hung up on.

I highly recommend using Target Surveying. They are responsive and professional. When working with Jacquise (Jackie) Andrews at Target Surveying, I know that my order will be done right! Jackie goes over and beyond in getting what I need done. Our company orders boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and/or elevation certificates with Jackie! She's my go to girl!

Very professional and courteous. I was greeted by one of the two gentlemen who came to do the survey and they immediately got started. Extremely detailed and worked quickly and efficiently. When he was completed he provided feedback and was pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommend them.

True professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a realtor I've used and dealt with many land surveyors and Target Surveying is by far the best that my team and I have ever worked with. If you are looking for a home survey I highly recommended them!

Fence line marked inside my property on the wrong side of the property. Came back a second time because I pointed out that the septic tank was marked on the wrong place on the survey and they marked it again on the same place. I'm having someone come mark my fence line where it's inside my property in the right place because if I use their survey I'd be moving my fence 5 feet inside one neighbors property and 5 feet more than what it's already is inside my property. Called for help with some coordinates and they wanted to charge us to provide something they should had at the original survey.

Called to get information on a survey they did for us and lady was very rude and kept repeating it would cost 225$ for someone to come out and that she didn't have any information on the survey that was done

This company did a survey 8 years ago for my association. I couldn't find the survey for my property, they went through their records, located it and sent it over within 10 minutes. Thank you Melissa and team! To update: I needed a stamped set. No hassle, the company's was price to do it was so reasonable, I got it in a week. Thank you again

My builder ordered a "rush" survey to be done by Target Surveying. They promised a 2 day turn around. After 3 weeks they finally came out. They did not mark anything with flags or stakes to show they were here. That was on a Wednesday and on Friday an email was sent stating they had the wrong legal description and did not mark everything they needed to on the survey.

They would be sending a team back out. It is now Monday evening and I have heard nothing. It has now been a month and I have to have this survey to close. They used a deed from 1974 to get the incorrect information instead of the most recent one. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and I have been forced to go to social media because that is the only way they will respond. Hopefully they will come out and complete the survey but the month plus rush survey is a joke! I would NEVER recommend this company. Oh, don't forget they received their money over a month ago!

Target Surveying took an order to survey 2 lots on 2/18/20, Today is 3/17/20. They advertise 3 day turn around time on surveys. What I recieved was a copy of the county plot with a blue line outlining my lots. Since I am a building contractor, I tried to call, no one answered the phone. I tried the phone again, the only way I have been able to communicate is by email.

No One is returning my emails and no one has been sent to survey the building lots. Builders and owners BEWARE! This may be a internet scam. The price is fair for a survey but it is entrirely too high for what this company does. As of the time of this review we still had no survey stakes with lot and block identification so we can clear the proper lot. After checking with BBB I have found this is a common problem for this company.

Horrible! Horrible! Won't let me put 0 stars. Target surveying Won't except they're resistibility for their mistake. They marked my property wrong and i paid to have 6 12foot palms planted, going off the flags They placed. 8 months later i find out it was wrong they never found the rods and now they won't take responsibility for that.

They came back to resurvey and Oh Look we found the rods. Jennifer tried to help but her boss was a terrible, horrible man, basically made me feel like i was a stupid human being, told me i should have remeasured myself before planting. Mind you I've had 4 back surgeries and I'M DISABLED. Why would i pay y'all if i need to measure myself. Aren't y'all the suppose to be professionals.

I suggest y'all grab a shovel and dig where your property line was marked by them and look for the iron rods underground that mark your property. Don't trust them. Don't waste your money. All i want is that they take responsibility for the mistake and pay for my palms to be moved where they should be. Don't understand how they could have 4 stars.

I used this survey company when I purchased my house 3 years ago. I was building a fence, and according to the survey one of the fence lines was places within my property. When the new fence was built, it turned out the fence was on my neighbor's property and I was not responsible for it. I lost $1,000 when I was negotiating the fence contract with my neighbor because of using wrong information on the survey. This company has provided wrong information on my survey.

This company if affordable and easy to work with. We will finish this review when our building process if complete.
