Please Please never use these people! They ripped me off for 180,000 thousand dollars, for small apt. renovation. They never started the work, and had no intention of even doing the work at all. They wasted 6 months of my time and stole my money. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. Manny Vargus demanded all of these funds up front, to get his project started and order materials.

Which they never ordered. He called me a " Small Client" and was rude from start to finish. What should have been a relatively " SMALL" job for him, he never even started. He pawns his jobs off on his so called Project mangers, or other people to pass the baton. He's a bait and switch con artist. He has a very high opinion of his work, and quite the salesman, but is a predator on his clients.

His interior designer Nicole Luis has no idea on how to file a permit with the city, is cheap and unprofessional, not to mention wasted my time and money of 180,000.00. They are horrible people. I have asked them for a refund because they never started the construction, and I am still waiting. Nicole Luis never even filed for the permit properly. They blame everyone else for their mistakes, when they are suppose to be the professionals for hire. I had to hire new contractors to correct all their work and refile permits. Manny and is team especially Nicole Luis are a nightmare. The worst experience in my life.

Talked to 4-6 builders in the area before finally working with Manny on building out our dream home on the water. Finest quality builder and took no short cuts at all! Highly recommend!

I'd love to recommend this amazing construction company. they were very professional, finished my job on time and worked around my budget. They made the process really easy and accommodated all my needs. they are definitely the best in the industry!

Contacted them as they were main contractor for previous owner of our home. Range hood was coming out of the wall, pulled out by its own weight. Asked for an expert to come over and take a look at it. They sent an "expert" the same day who took the hood off and crashed it into our cooking range which is now shattered and needs to be replaced. Spoke to the "boss", a guy named John, who completely denied any liability and stated that he "did me a favor".

I tried to find an amicable resolution by offering them to make me a reasonable offer on the repair of both hood and range. One would think that he then would at least give me a good deal - however the quote I got back was above all the others I had requested from other companies. Bottom line - they break my cooking range, tell me they did me a favor and are then unwilling to at least pay part of it.
