Garrity Insulation

I have not had ANY other work on my house go this well! Jose came out and took a look so he could give me an estimate. I got the estimate the next day. I called to schedule, and they came out that same week! The following week, I received all the paperwork needed for rebates. This is how a business should be run!

Save the legwork; just hire these guys. I received several quotes to add blown fiberglass insulation to our attic. Garrity offered the best value, and all interactions were very professional. The estimator was able to offer me a ballpark figure over the phone, which was pretty close to his final estimate. He (Jose) even offered tips on other ways to help insulate the house, before I even hired them, which suggests to me that he truly cares about people being happy.

The men who blew the insulation managed to sneak into places that the other estimators deemed impossible. I can't wait until winter to notice the temperature difference, now that we have a nice warm blanket in the attic! (Although it should stay cooler in the summer, too!) Considering how rare it is, it's always touching to be treated respectfully, have a job done properly, and to see people take pride in their work.

I'm giving this five star review for two reasons. The first is because Garrity was the only insulation contractor to take on my project. The project consisted of three requirements, location, residential and crawl space. Garrity was the ONLY one in Albuquerque to meet these requirements. Trust me, I went down the internet search list, including Los Lunas.

The second reason I'm giving Garrity Insulation a five star review is because they earned it. Jose Resendiz and Co were on point from the start, giving me an estimate one day after my request, staying in contact while I organize the project and being receptive to my start date. Garrity started immediately after my crawl space was remediated. In the interest of fair reviewing, they did have a mechanical which set the project back a few days however I'm not going to hold that against them.

Once fixed, Garrity came out at 7:30 am to Magdalena, NM for two straight days and finished. The guys did an awesome job! I'm elated with the outcome and so glad I used them. To anyone looking for an Insulation contractor I would certainly recommend Garrity Insulation Co.

I'm very happy with the work done by Garrity Insulation. Mr. Resendiz and his crew were very professional, courteous, prompt and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them!

Left the place a mess, including damaging some woodwork. When I called, they sent someone over right away to take a picture of the damage. A week later I hadn't heard anything so I called back. They sent someone else over who took pictures again, didn't apologize, and said "You have to understand that accidents happen. I guess we can send someone over to throw some putty in it." I told him I'd rather fix it myself and asked for a small refund. He agreed to an even smaller refund, which I'm still waiting for.

Jose, Carlos and the crew made good on a job which didn't go well the first time around. They stood behind their work and as a result, with foam on the roof and all the exterior walls under stucco, our gas bill for our modest house is almost nothing, and thanks to the insulation and white roof, we don't need heating or cooling for a couple months in the spring and fall. I would hire Garrity in a minute.

They did a great job insulating underneath my home. Very professional, on-time, and completed a large job in one day. Showed up when they said they would and thanked me for the business. Very competitive prices. I am very pleased and recommend this company.
