Everyone at PJ's was pleasant to work with, very responsive and the price was fair. The work was scheduled for two weeks after I accepted the estimate and I was kept up to date when there was a delay due to rain (only one day). All of the workers were friendly and they did great job on the installation and cleanup. I'm very happy that I went with PJs for my roof and gutter replacement.

PJs was amazing. I worked as a property manager for almost 15 years and oversaw multiple roof projects. PJs cleaned our yard and parking pad after replacing our roof better than I've ever seen before. Far cry from the roofer my neighbor is currently using. Came home and they have debris all over our yard, front and back, it's after 530pm and our parking area still has their truck in it. Not PJs- they were in and out during working hours and totally problem free.

The service and quality of PJs Roofing was perhaps the best I have ever experienced from any company. From the quoting process to the final day of installation, PJ's is highly focused on customer satisfaction. This was demonstrated by both their responsiveness to questions and minor changes, as well as the top quality of the work done on our roof.

Our roof has numerous angles, dormers, chimneys, and skylights; including a flat roof area and one area that has a low pitch. PJs was careful to use the appropriate products and roofing techniques for each of these areas. For part of the roof they had to replace the plywood decking. They also installed new Velux skylights which required them to rejig the openings left by the prior skylights.

Two needed to be larger and 5 needed to be smaller. They look great. With new flashings, drip edge, gutters, ice guard, etc. the entire roof looks amazing. One more thing. I spoke to a few of the different folks PJ had working on our house (each separately), and all of them spoke to how wonderful it is to work for this company. My belief is that one of the reasons PJs has such great customer service is because the employees like working for them.

Ok just wanted to give PJ's two up for repairing the flashing on the side of my roof. I know it wasn't the biggest job for you guys. But Dang it was a big deal for me on my 3 story townhouse. Flashing all bent up hanging on the side of our home. Worrying about more wind. What happens if it rains! On behalf of my wife And I Thank you. Thank you! Mitch thanks for your understanding. A family member and I were stunned at how compassionate and thoughtful PJ's roofing was. Above and beyond the average companies customer service for sure! It's easy to worry when most homeowners won't climb up on the roof themselves to confirm issues with their own eyes but with PJs you know your in honest hands and your roof is going to get the best care.

I had this company do roofing for me and gutter guards. All work was first class, communication was excellent. Had a minor issue,notified the office,they were back the next day. I got a number of quotes for both projects and on both PJ's was the best,most fair quote and as mentioned exemplary work. No hesitation whatsoever to refer this company.

I couldn't be more happy with the work PJ's Roofing performed at my home. I needed new cedar siding on our chimney chase before the new chase cover was installed. As a former home inspector, I have seen ALOT of homes with shabby work done by "professionals." Not the case with PJ's, they were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and the quality of the work is unmatched. Keep up the awesome work!

From the first contact with the estimator who was very thorough- explaining options with costs to the quality control person who walked the roof and ensured all was perfect.

Some of your guys just did my neighbors roof today and while it looks nice when they went to tear the old roof out they kept throwing the pieces in to my yard. They just left and the pieces were never pickled up.

We needed a complete roof replacement and selected PJs on the recommendation of a friend who is a real estate agent. They gave us the best estimate, and their work was great. We knew that they would run into some underlying problems of rotting wood on the roof and around the dormer windows, and they addressed them all, and at a surprisingly reasonable price. And everyone there, from the estimator to the office staff to the crew was a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended.

We had our roof replaced last week and it was a great experience. PJ’s Roofing had a crew of five persons come to our house and they had the roof shingles removed, plywood sheets replaced, and were ¾ finished when they left. They came back the next day and finished the job. While wrapping up the work, there were two extra individuals who cleaned up and ran magnets over the grass.

We thought they were finished. A couple days later, there were two other gentlemen who came back out to look at the work. One take another magnet over the ground and picked up some more nails, while the other went on the roof to evaluate the overall job. The gentleman on the roof said there was a sheet of plywood that was “bowed” and he was going to have the crew come back out to replace it.

He said, “If you have a roof that has a 50 year warranty on it, then it needs to be done right.” Yesterday, two workers came out to the house, completed the job and left. I am still smiling from the professionalism, workmanship, job quality and control, and the cleanup this company did. I am very glad we went with PJ’s Roofing and will not only call them again for future jobs, but will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Thanks.

They just completed a metal roof installation on our large, 200 year old, house. It looks fantastic and they completed it in under 5 days. The house looks better than it did in 1819!

We just has the house reroofed by PJ's. They replaced the skylights and removed the roof fans. Good service, nice work and clean up.

PJs roofing was very timely from the estimate to finish. I felt they were very reasonably priced and gave us other options to better our home- gutters, chimney mortar and soffit. They fit us on their schedule just a few weeks after the estimate, and finished the job in 1.5 days! The manager Rod and crew formans were very transparent about everything and answered any questions we had!

This company takes pride in what they do. Second time I have used them. They replaced my roof a few months ago and just had them replace my soffit and gutters. Friendly courteous workers that know what they are doing. They did a great clean up after and even sent a follow up checker to make sure everything was good. Best Contractor I had the pleasure of using in a very long time. And reasonably priced. And ask for Mitch. Great communication when needed.

A few friends recommended PJ’s to us for roofing and siding damage after a spring wind storm. Working with PJs was excellent. Rod provided the estimate and was knowledgeable on their products. We had three different crews doing the work (siding repair, roofing, gutters) and all three crews were excellent. PJ’s was also excellent answering questions and also dropped off sample shingles on the same day we called to see if we could see some outside of the manufacture sales brochure. I’d recommend PJ’s for roofing, siding, and gutter work.

Tried to contact them via e-mail and phone with no response. Looks like good reviews, but they are not responsive. Update, they were busy with a large wind event. They called a few weeks later, but already had work completed by another contractor.

They were quick to come look at our issues and develop an estimate. The work was very professionally done and looks fantastic. They came back the next day to assure everything was completely cleaned up. The invoice came a few days later and exactly as quoted. No hidden charges. I would definitely recommend their services.

Daniel was courteous and on time. I had him come in to look at my metal roof in the historic district because I heard vibrating noises. He came and looked at the roof and explain to me how it was constructed and how high winds will cause it to vibrate. He did not try to sell me on work that didn't need to be done. I appreciated his honesty and promptness and will definitely work with him in the future. Several of my friends have used them and said they are excellent and fairly priced

We can't say enough good about this company, they replaced our roof last year and have come back to tweak a couple issues that may or may not of been theirs, all of it was covered under their warranty. They are extremely professional and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future. Going with a different company and not PJs would be a mistake.

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They were extremely responsive to phone calls & emails. They made a special trip to drop off samples of shingles. They sent a nice package of information in the mail containing their insurance info/product information. A few days before our appointment, they emailed to confirm. The crew showed up on time, did an exceptional job of removing our old shingles & installing new architectural shingles, and cleaning up the job site.

They worked extremely hard in the hot sun all day and deserve a lot of kudos! Todd, the project manager, is an extremely qualified and talented carpenter. PJ's did my roof several years ago now. They did a great job, on time at a very reasonable price. They used architectural shingles that I thought looked good at the time. After several years I have to say, every time I come home and see that roof, I'm still impressed on how good it looks.

After 25 years with the original roof, I knew that it was time to replace it, and I knew that it would not be cheap. However, I wanted a quality product at a fair price. I interviewed several roof companies and obtained estimates to not only replace the roofing but also the skylights and gutters. Based upon other homeowners in my subdivision as well as friends, I decided to go with PJ's Roofing even though PJ did not come in at the lowest price.

The roof, gutters. And skylights are now completed and it looks great. Don't forsake quality over cost. PJ provides a quality product and I believe that he has the integrity to back it up throughout the next several decades.

All came to the house and gave me estimates. PJ was the only one to get on the roof and look at it. PJ's bid was substantially less than the other two companies and used architectural shingles, where the other two were more expensive and had add-on charges for architectural shingles. PJ also showed an opportunity for an AARP savings that neither of the other two mentioned. PJ's crew was courteous and professional. PJ came out to the house the day after the roof was installed and walked it to make sure it was to his satisfaction and checked the yard to make sure it was cleaned of nails and litter. I would use PJ again and recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation. I felt good about the experience from the beginning to the end.

We finally got to the point where we couldn't wait any longer to have work done on our roof, and having heard about PJS from 2 friends who had used them and seeing signs all over the Braddock /West Frederick area, gave them a call. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, timely and courteous both on the phone, and the folks that came to the house.

This is despite the fact that they are very very busy since I see so many places they are working. Their price was reasonable in comparison with 2 others we checked, and our roof looks wonderful. Great company.

They are wonderful. I had a leak that got worse due to another roofing company not showing up. PJs was referred to me by a family friend. I called and got an estimate. They came, fixed everything, repaired additional problems they found and did a great job. Not only that, but Rod called me twice to make sure everything was OK, and my leak had been totally repaired. AND, they were the least expensive of the three companies I got an estimate from. I will always recommend them, and thank them for fantastic work.
