BRAX Roofing

Brax roofing was the right choice for our project. We got three estimates from different contractors and they were not the cheapest but the service and attention to detail was unmatched. We even had a miscommunication about what happens to the inside of the skylights they changed since they have to raise them and they were willing to pay part of the cost for refinishing the drywall.

My only criticism would be related to another set of skylights that thy replaced. They left the undulation drywall protector untouched because it was outside of their scope but we would have liked to fix it before the replacement took place or at least have the awareness of knowing that it was going to be like that.

Brax roofing did multiple projects at my residence. Since day one I was very satisfied at professional conduct of their James Holly his presentation for my roof Replacement t. He was the main reason for my selecting Brax over few competitive bids. They did my roof replacement t sky light, nstallation of new gutter amd cover, insulation of attic and soffit adjustment. There are two aspects to my review. One is regarding the initial quoting process and the other is the actual installation process. Quote Process: Chris S. was the product specialist who was assigned to me. He was super accommodating with the first meeting time being at the very end of the day due to my work schedule. He brought all the shingle samples with him so it was easy to visualize especially because at that time I didn't get the official approval from HOA.

He was easy to talk to and sounds like an honest person. He took his time to explain every aspect of the replacement process. Since I had to get HOA approval and get my finances sorted out it took maybe a month or so. Even then he was available to help me make the choice of the type of roof to meet the HOA requirement. I give Chris 10/10 Installation process: After submitting the deposit it took 1 week to get the roof replacement started.

They call you a couple of days or so to see if its possible to start on the project. You are not required to be at home for the project so this made it easy for me. They came with their equipment, dumpsters and supplies and were able to start on the project without delay. One anomaly for me was my 1 day project turned to 2 days due to staff shortage which did not affect me. Daniel A from the company keep me updated on any issues or changes via email and phone call.

They also took pictures of any additional fix they made and also the final product. Overall, the whole process was painless as it should be since replacing a roof is a big deal. I thank the BRAX team and crew for a great job done. I will update of any changes but hope the workmanship stands for decades. Update: The roof is still great no complaints there.

I did get a "Thank You" package from the company. I truly never expected to get anything back from the company but it meant a lot. Their customer service level is through the roof (pun intended). I've attached a picture. I recommend them.

BRAX roofing is one of the best companies I've ever had work on my house. Once we set up a time for someone to inspect the job, the person came on time, explained everything and answered my questions. When I reviewed the proposal, I had several questions which were answered promptly by phone or email. A few days before the scheduled installation of my new roof, they brought cones so I could block 2 parking spots in front of my house. On the scheduled date, they came on time, completed the job and cleaned up outside all around the house. I definitely recommend them.

Overall great experience. Had an animal chew threw a portion of my roof. Had someone out pretty much next day to take a look, this was the week of Christmas, and got me a quote. First thing the next week they did a patch for me to hold everything over until supplies came in. Got delayed due to weather a couple times, but they communicated well and got out there as soon as they could. Job was done within a few weeks of first contact. Did a great job cleaning up and taking care of everything.

James, who was Brax Roofing contact person, was very professional and courteous, and provided timely response and estimate. He was also very patient in explaining to me the estimate and what needs to be done. The estimate was very reasonable. Based on my overall impression, I chose Brax for this job. The team came timely and did a good job. Because of additional work that was unexpected (which was explained on the estimate), the cost turned out to be much higher than the estimate.

We had to review the additional work in great detail with Brax. They did reduce the final cost after our discussion. In general, Brax was upfront but I think the change of order cost should be dealt with more clearly. In general, I still gave Brax a very good rating, but the last point was why I did not give them a perfect rating.

They did a nice job of replacing my roof, kept all appointments and always arrived on time, notified me several days prior that they'd have to reschedule due to bad weather, always made sure I was happy with everything. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up afterwards. They were honest with me and didn't try to push additional services which were not needed. Communication was very good.

Brax roofing was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I had damage on my roof and there was leaking at some areas. I called 4 roofing companies before I got to Brax roofing. A gentleman named Chris came to my property within a week and inspected the roof and determined that it's aged and not holding up well. I placed a claim through my insurance company and Chris assisted when the adjuster came to check the roof.

In the end I was able to get a new roof from the insurance company and Brax helped throughout the entire process. I put a 1/3 deposit down and they scheduled to put a new roof within 2 weeks. They have a workmanship and roof warranty as well! I got the platinum level of Owens Corning because I wanted a long lasting roof and shingle. Overall I couldn't be more happier and Giovanni was helpful throughout the process as well. USE THESE GUYS THEY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with BRAX Roofing. I hired them to replace the entire roof on my house. The sales representative I worked with went above and beyond in helping me through the process of selecting the best materials and ensuring my satisfaction with the work. Everyone on the team that I was in contact with was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

The job was completed in one day without any issues or hassles and the entire site was cleaned up before they left. Our roof looks great. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend BRAX Roofing to anyone that has any roofing needs!

Aaron was very meticulous and thorough with his walk through and inspection of our roof and attic. We would ask very specific questions and he was able to provide answers and honest opinions.

He is fair and objective in feeling is the actual conditions of our roof and interior ceiling. He took his time by taking many photos and inspecting every single corner of our damaged roof and attic. We had a wonderful experience with BRAX. The team was very professional & prompt (James Holly is a gem). My skylight even came in earlier than expected & which was a pleasant surprise. Installation went off without a hitch. We had a small leak at one of the seams, very minor, but I reached out at 7:30 pm & can you believe I got a response & they came back at 8:30 am the next morning to fix it?! Avoid BRAX Roofing like the plague. The representative came to see me on Monday around 12:00 noon. First he asked me if I wanted to do my roofing job under the table. That sent up a red flag. He said he would send me a quote by evening. He didn't. After 2 days I tried contacting him by email. I texted him. I called the office. He ghosted me for atleast 5 days. By that time I had gotten another quote from another roofer. The other roofer was more expensive but it is the principle of the thing. Avoid Brax Roofing like the plague.

We interviewed close to 6 or 7 roofers and after our initial consultation, we were sold. I cant speak highly enough of their professionalism and ability to work within our budget parameters. They started the work 2 days earlier than originally contracted, and finished a huge job (roof and gutters) within one day.
