I had a shingle tab come loose and John came out to have a look. He was honest about the condition of the roof (it was fine) and even tacked the loose shingle back into place without charging. Another company wanted to charge nearly 700 bucks! I will be using this company when it is time for a new roof!

Jerome at Roof Solutions explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He was great to work with. They came when they said they would, did a great job, and left the yard clean. I highly recommend them.

After we filled out an online form, the organization set up a visit time promptly and showed up on time. The gentleman advised us that all we needed was a gutter cleaning rather than repair or replacement, advised us on the timing, and offered a couple other observations. He then went on his way without charging us a dime, all while being very friendly and professional. Will definitely go to this organization if we have further roofing needs.

They company has very experienced techs, they show up on time, do the work and stand by their product. This company has my business whenever I do roofing, or gutters!

Five years ago this company repaired the back of the flat roof on my townhouse. They added a membrane to the entire back half to repair a leak. Shortly after the connection at the downspout leaked and that was then fixed. It is now leaking again at that same location and I called to have them come out to discover/access the problem and then give me an estimate to fix the leak.

The person that came, went up the ladder, which was not positioned near the leak, peered at the roof, never setting foot on the roof, and left without a word. I then got an email saying I needed a whole new roof complete with several estimates for this with varying levels of quality and warranties. I only want to fix the leak as I made clear and as it is leaking only at the corner, at the downspout connection, I am not interested in a whole new roof. Waiting for them to come out was a waste.

Unreliable scheduling - they don't keep their scheduled commitments. They eventually made an effort to fit me in a few weeks later at a single point in time.

We just endured the grossest telephone exchange with someone at this company regarding an estimate for a roof replacement. Rude, condescending, and committed to an amount that is double the estimate we received from a competitor this company claims is probably worthless. Customer service is at least half the battle, you guys. Tell me you understand better what it takes to entice a potential client.

I made an appointment and noone showed, then made a new appointment and was called 24 hours to schedule a new appointment. The lack of customer service.im.very disappointed.

Summary: the story ends well, but it took a few steps to get there. We contacted Roof Solutions to repair a few damaged shingles and a hole in our roof. They provided a very reasonable estimate and scheduled a repair quickly enough, but were oddly elusive about committing to a time when we could be home. Despite our request to be there during the repair - my husband arranged his schedule to be home - they ended up coming at a different time when we weren't there.

The repair was done poorly, with crooked shingles and the hole papered over. Furthermore, because we were not there to check on the attic, Roof Solutions ended up patching up the roof and trapping a squirrel inside our attic. The wily squirrel eluded capture (despite a costly visit by a wildlife removal company) and eventually chewed itself a new hole in our roof to get out. We sent photos of the original repair job and new damage to the Roof Solutions owner, who responded quickly and had the repair redone.

Nope - stay away from these guys. This is a much overdue review for a roof replacement they've done in DC. I am not a roof and gutter expert by any means, so when my gutters started leaking after the roof was replaced by Roof Solutions, I didn't immediately link the two. However, after weeks of rain leaking into the house, and research online, I figured it out.

I asked Roof Solutions to come out and help, and they did, and even convinced me that the gutters were now properly aligned, only to have the situation repeat again. I had another gutter expert come out and fix it and of course it also cost me time and labor to repair the drywall. The roof was an expensive one, their salesman Artem is exactly that, he sells roofs, and convinced me at the time that it was worth it. It was definitely not.

We had used Roof Solutions before to rehang our gutters and add downspouts. More recently, we found a few shingles in the yard after the big wind storm and Roof Solutions squeezed us in the next day and put the shingles back. Reasonable price and delightful people to work with.

I had contacted several companies for gutter cleaning services. Roofing Solutions was available. Sandy, my contact was resoonsive and answered all of my inquires in a timely manner. Because of my work, email is easier for me to communicate. I really appreciated her prompt attention. Gutters were thoroughly cleaned and the technician had looked over my roof and provided feedback as well. I will use this company again.

We had an excellent experience with Roof Solutions. We got estimates from a couple well-rated companies on Yelp, but Roof Solutions impressed us by providing an estimate after visiting on-site (and scrambling up on top of our roof), being thorough in servicing our gutter and downspouts, and following up with details on their work (including photos, etc).

In addition to that, a few weeks after their visit, we noticed rain dripped from one of our gutters. Roof Solutions returned within a week and cleared a small clog in our gutter, at no charge. Roof Solutions was everything we wanted in a service provider--reasonably priced, thorough, on-time, and responsive. Would definitely use them again!

Sandy was extremely rude because I asked questions in regards to pricing. Very poor customer service.

I have been calling on JP at Roof Solution for the past two years, ever since we moved into our old house with multiple roofs and varying issues. I've hired two other roofers for other houses in DC, and I always felt taken advantage of. This company seems to operate differently. JP always has a solution that seems fair and thorough. And there isn't any funny business with this place: they give you an estimate, they schedule the work, it gets done with a nice crew, and the cleanup is great.

And every time they quote me for my smaller jobs (garage, addition, etc), there is no talk of 'money down.' They do the work; and when you are happy, you pay. Now that might not be how they work with bigger, whole house jobs, but just the fact that they operate that way EVER says a lot about the health of the company, and their confidence in their work product. JP and his crew are always on time, and always professional. I'm happy to have finally found a roofer that I actually like calling when water is running down my walls!

Artem Chanturiya is our hero! Our town home had some serious issues and a friend of mine referred me to Artem with Roof Solutions. Artem came out diligently and conducted a very thorough assessment of the entire roof. He explained each issue and answered all our questions. The issues were all taken care of that same week! We couldn't have asked for a better expert. Knowing that we're in such good hands, it's easy to be stress free with roof issues.

I recently used Roof Solution to replace the gutter system on the back of my home (flat roof) that had ripped off during the last wind storm. My interactions with the office staff, Jarrod and the specialist who completed the work were all pleasant and professional. The work was completed within a morning and so far, I'm happy with the finished product/service. Best of all, Jarrod's initial consultation was straight-to-the-point and there was no additional "upselling". I look forward to a continued relationship with the firm.

Very happy with our new roof, although we have not had an independent inspection yet. They did a great job in one day and for a fair price. Pretty good cleanup, too.

We used Roof Solution after meeting with several roofing contractors. Their team was not only friendly and responsive, but their warranty couldn't be beat. We were very happy with their installation team. They were very polite and made sure to clean up all the debris and made sure to make the installation as painless as possible. We'll be using them for our gutters in the future and I'll update that experience but I make sure to refer people to them who are looking for roofs since our experience was so great. Jerome is awesome.

These guys were super professional, gave us a fair quote (we compared it with another quote) with a nice guarantee on their work. I wish we could have gotten them in a few storms earlier-- our roof was leaking BUCKETS into the house before we called them. Now it's totally surely watertight. We really liked working with them.

They were wonderful. I'd searched a bunch of local companies, and based on good reviews and BBB and a good price in the lower end of the range, decided on roof solutions. I had water coming over the gutter in the middle, so I knew it was probably more than a straight cleaning. They came three times in all. They cleaned it each time, about a month apart.

They had re-sloped the gutter which is what I thought it needed, but also put in a debris guard that tended to back it up. As I expressed concerns they came back each time, without charge (and I didn't need to be home). The 2nd time to check the work. The 3rd time came just to take out the debris guard because I was sure their guy wasn't right in this case about using it (which was based on his experiences elsewhere). Turned out 3rd time was the charm, and the gutters worked for a year.

They did think I probably need a wider gutter and to do that job, but didn't try to upsell me or insist that that is all that would work. I was happy that they responded to my concerns, took pictures of what they were seeing, respected me and my ability to think things through (based on my own observations of my gutter's history), communicated effectively. and didn't lose patience or get dismissive that it wasn't just an easy job.a year later and now it needs cleaning out again, as one would expect, and I'll be calling them.

I Found a water spot on the ceiling of a empty spare bedroom ceiling. Called Roof Solutions after reading Yelp reviews. SO GLAD THAT I DID. When I called I was asked if it was am emergency, as it was not a appointment was made. Roof Solutions called the day before my appointment and again when they were on the way. Aaron arrived when promised, and was professional, courteous, honest and his experience was evident. He found the cause of the leak, flashed and cement patched it, and was gone within an hour. Thank You Roof Solutions. job very well done

Roof Solutions gave me an highly overpriced estimate ($1500) for fixing a leak in my roof. They also recommended to redo the whole roof right away. Just got it fixed for $75. Enough said.
