I just want give Carlos a shout out as I contacted him about opening a digital safe that the keypad was no longer functioning and has no key backup. I called Carlos and explained the situation and he, instead of wasting my time, referred me to a locksmith that was better equipped to handle my exact situation and safe. He then apologized for wasting my time calling him. Any future need for a locksmith and I will definitely give Carlos a call.

After losing the main key to our minivan (the one with the chip), I was told by Hosse and Hosse to contact Carlos. they were at our house within about an hour and a half of my phone call. All I had was a spare key that unlocked but did not drive our vehicle; they were able to cut and program a new key based off of that spare key. Carlos' son Bryant was the one who came and did the work. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Super fast, professional and great customer service by far! I was in Nashville with my daughter at Summit Hospital having her 1st baby and I live in Georgia. While I was helping hospital staff get a wheelchair on the elevator, my keys, yes all of them, fell in between the elevator doors from the ground floor. I had exhausted all efforts to get the hospital to retrieve my keys to no avail.

I needed my car key 1st and foremost so I checked online and called Carlos Locksmith. His son came within about 30 minutes and replaced my car key but not only that he gave me an extra copy at no charge with a great big smile! I learned that you do NOT have to go to a dealership only for a replacement vehicle key of any sort. Carlos has the codes to replace even current year models at a much lower cost! Wow, I was stressed thinking that I would have to pay several hundred dollars for a key and go to the dealership with no transportation to get there considering my extra vehicle was parked at my home in Georgia.

His son saved the day and I couldn't be more grateful. He made a very difficult and stressful situation a breath of fresh air. I now have a beautiful new grandson and no bad memories of the trip. I used the Yelp feature to look for quotes on a locksmith because my keyless entry for my car wasn't working. My car alarm would blare every time I opened my door manually and I'm sure my neighbors have hated me this past week. Carlos got back to me super fast and sent his son directly to my job within 30 minutes to get me squared away. I need a second keyless entry for my car and his quote was much less and would be done faster than if I go to the dealership. I'm excited to do business with them again in the near future!

Surprised to see the positive reviews because it was not my experience. I called this Man twice and never received a return call, as promised. The two times that I did call, I could clearly hear children yelling and playing in the background and he told me he was busy and would return my call. I guess he would rather babysit than do the work that he is advertising or maybe he just didn't want to help me out. Who knows but Terrible Customer Service and a 0 rating.

Carlos is not only fantastic at what he does but is a very professional, friendly and enthusiastic businessman. His pricing is reasonable and he takes great care in workmanship. Anytime I needed to text or call with a question he was very quick to comminicate back. Honest and professional excellent service from Carlos and Bryan

We used the Yelp mass request for quotes when we were looking for a locksmith to change the locks in a home we just purchased. Carlos responded almost immediately with a breakdown of his charges. His prices seems fair and he could come out the next day. Carlos came out as promised and immediately showed his ID and license. Carlos changed the locks for us but also had the correct style, color and brand of 2 more locks that could be keyed on the same key so we had him install those as well. Carlos worked very quickly and without a hitch. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Carlos and I will be using him in the future.

Holy cow. My key was stuck in my ignition and completely broken off the key fob. A hot mess!
