After an exceptionally poor experience with a competitor, I called Armstrong Locksmith and was told that a technician would be on the scene within the hour. The technician arrived within fifteen minutes and completed his task in very little time. He came in, did his job, took his pay, said thank you, and went about his day. Quick, affordable, and kind. If I encounter another lock issue I will call these individuals first.

Armstrong provided nothing but 5 star service to rekey my home and car after both sets of keys were stolen. Safety is their priority and they understood the urgency to get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, you will be in the best hands.

I needed to have a duplicate key made for my Hyundai Elantra. I chose Armstrong because of their long-standing presence in the Nashville area and positive reviews. I received a quote over the phone and paid up-front for the duplicate key. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the timeline to have the new key cut and programmed, but the owner was able to rectify the issue by offer to come to me to have the service complete (on a day the shop was closed, at that!) I'm overall very satisfied with the quick and friendly efficient service!

He was friendly when I arrived, easily diagnosed my problem, provided a fairly priced fix for my missing car fob, and threw in a free house key as well. I had lost my car keys to my BMW so I called Armstrong Locksmith who answered right away. BMWs are very difficult to program keys for that I have come to find out, but it wasn't a problem for this very kind man! I would recommend this locksmith to anyone if you want quality service at a fair price.

These folks are excellent! Sako was extraordinarily patient as I brought a car over that couldn't hold enough of a charge to get an ignition key re-programmed; they clearly are quite busy (probably because of being good at what they do), but I never felt rushed as a customer despite the key I was trying to get help with being quite a bit more complicated than expected because of my own car's battery issues.

We finally got the car's battery charged up enough for him to get his wizardry done in getting the key I had re-programmed to work with my car successfully. A+ work! Would highly recommend this shop, especially based on the professionalism and quality of communication.

What a great experience with Armstrong Lock. I was locked out of the house due to a garage door failure and they came quickly, called me with an ETA and opened the deadbolt fast without issue. I would highly recommend them!

Wednesday, my car door slammed shut locking my keys in the ignition with my car running, in my driveway, while on empty.. Along with my phone and purse in the car. I tried the old coat hanger trick but my car will only allow you to unlock the door by actually flipping the lock. So I called the first locksmith on Google in my area. They were so nice and told me they could get to me in about 10 mins.

Once the guy arrived he got me back inside of my car in less than 2 minutes. Very professional and highly recommended. I will only be using them in the future. Thank you guys!

Armstrong Locksmith is the place to call for all your locksmith issues. The guy is very humble and generous. He definitely took care of me and will do the same for you, I guarantee it. You could definitely tell the guy loves what he does and there was very humble. Anyone else would have charged me the flat fee regardless. Definitely worth saving his number (615)625-8000 in your contacts under LOCKSMITH rather than Googling anyone else.

By far the best Locksmith experience I've had or been around period. I assumed that locksmiths were all terrible conducting business with. I was shown otherwise dealing with Armstrong, and I will never contact another company or allow anyone I know to either.

Rahim is the best! He has helped me out twice now and both times has gone above and beyond. The first time he came out my assistant had broken a key off in the lock. He fixed it in 5 minutes and then went out of his way to help me with another project I was working on. He also took the time to spray our locks to make sure that no keys broke off in the door again.

On top of that he even made a replace key for the one that broke! Today he came by and helped me fix my commercial door and of course did not disappoint. He was fast, friendly, and efficient! He also asked if I needed help with anything else. He provides great customer service and is never pushy or makes you feel like just a number. I recommend using Armstrong locksmith for all your locksmith needs!
