I had the pleasure of having technician, Luke Nichols come out to my home today to conduct A/C maintenance. He arrived on time with a smile and great attitude. From the first contact with their customer service, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. The service technician was prompt (well within the time frame expected), courteous, and professional. After assessing our situation, he explained the services needed (and why) and worked quickly and effectively. Big Mountain initially installed our system, and whenever we have had any concerns they have been professional and efficient in their service - and I would recommend their business to anyone needing an HVAC system or service.

Received help from both James and Johnny when our air conditioner quit. Very pleased with the service and advice we received. Both went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. Edwin came was so nice and very thorough with the inspection. Took pictures and showed me things that were good and things that were not so good. Edwin explained everything so well to make sure i understood what was going on. What i liked the most was there was no pressure to buy or repair anything i really appreciated that. Josh is now my new Technician. He was very thorough and explained everything to me and I'm very pleased with his knowledge and experience. He is a Personable kind gentleman. He saved my system from having a burn out this summer. The old cooling motor was so bad I couldn't believe it! He and Andrew completely took my unit apart and cleaned it well. I'm happy with Josh and hope he will service my unit again-

All the members of this company are friendly and well organized. The men that came out to replace my AC UNIT where professional fast and efficient. (Can't remember their names but two of them where from the Bay Area like my self ) They give off a VIBE OF QUALITY PRODUCTS and installation, that you know you booked and bought with THE BESTThanks guys, see you in a couple months for a new roof

Patrick handled the install of my new heater and he's amazing. He made sure I understood the thermostat and made sure each bedroom had a smoke detector! I don't usually bother with these surveys but I was amazed how quickly they installed the new unit, cleaned up and showed me the thermostat! This is my 2nd new unit from Big Mountain and I can't speak highly enough of Patrick and Chris in sales.

Had a great experience, called this morning and had Leo at my house within the hour. Leo did a great job of showing us pictures of what was going on with our heater and gave us different options. Really like the fact that he did not make me feel pressed to jump into anything. He was very helpful and definitely calling them back for further services.

The installers we're very helpful and answered my questions and I feel like they knew what they were talking about and very pleasant to work with. Big mountain was very helpful and supplied me a little air conditioner when they could not come on the day that they said they were going to I was very thankful.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. With the cost of their heater / A/C check being so much cheaper than other companies, I expected their service to be sloppy and all about sales. Josh came yesterday morning, spent a couple of hours here, and it is finally warm again! After he finished, he sat down with me and explained everything he found, in terms I was able to understand, and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We will be looking to replace our system this spring and Big Mountain will be the first company I call!

Big Mountain sent out a technician to clean and evaluate my heating and air conditioning unit... Jason was a nice young man that was very knowledgeable about my system... After his cleaning and inspection he sat down and went over every step and explained what he found... He was polite, clean, neat and on time.. Although my system is very old and in need of a major face lift , Jason was very professional and made my options clear...

Highly impressed with the integrity of Greg (first tech that came out). We have a three zone system and he didn’t try to BS his way through the service of the system. He realized it was above his knowledge base (a newer tech) and so called a more experienced tech out. Josh was professional and straight forward. He understood the multi-zone system and gave us some good ideas on an issue we were having.

Also the timeliness on when we place the call and getting serviced was a pleasant surprise... for the first visit - same day!! For the second we delayed it (for a day off) but they could have scheduled it for 2 days later. Yes it was during an ‘off’ time of season, but with a different company we used to call, it would have been at least a month wait!!

Needless to say - if needed, we WILL use them again!

It was a pleasure having Big Mountain in the house. Thomas, the service tech. was on time and very thorough. I have two units. It took him about 45 minutes to look at the one in the attack. The one under the house took longer. After he was done with the air conditioning units, he went over the check list with me. I really liked the charts he used with the green,yellow and red Collimes. Made it easier to understand. Bottom line...YES I would not only have Big Mountain back to my house, I'll tell all my friends to call them when they need the same work done.

We had the best experience with big Steve and Dave! Nothing about having your ac go out in 100 degree weather is comfortable. So, having a senior technician with a sense of humor and excellent knowledge and understanding come out and explain everything so that I can understand was such a breath of fresh air! I felt comfortable with having them check and make sure everything was safe and to code for my home and family.

The news wasn’t great but we were able to have Dave come out with the design team and make sure we got all the options on what to do and what would benefit us most for what we have. All in all, he was very thorough and made sure we got set up with a new unit as quickly as possible. We are very excited to have everything to code and sealed properly. Also to make sure it’s the right size and the air flow is perfect. I could not be happier! Thank you guys so much for being so amazing.

I called Big Mountain to go to my mom's house. She has a large house and since they are just a few of us living there we only needed to have the air on on one side of the house well they recommend zoning the system. Since then our electric bills have went down substantially. I will recommend them to all my neighbors. Thanks Big Mountain.

Big Mountain Air is the absolute best in the business. Yesterday a technician by the name of Gabe arrived to service the a/c in preparation for the winter shutdown. I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous.

Had a new heating and solar system installed last month and they were terrific. Heating is working great. Solar took longer to put in but it came out nice. David was informative and very easy to work with. Good experience for me!

Jason came to my home after I had an unsatisfactory experience with another company. He was super professional, and although it was a bigger job than expected, he was very efficient. He was prepared with all the parts on his truck and had my a/c up and running in less time than I expected. I'm definitely very impressed with your company. Jason is a total rockstar! Dave Fear from Big Mountain came out and fixed my Ac system, he was very helpful in explaining everything and made sure I knew what he would be doing. Big Mountain did an excellent job and had expedited service so that I didn't have to sit in the heat to long. Great customer service! When another company quoted us way more and went almost a week to order a simple part, we called Big Mountain. They fixed it the same day for way less than we were quoted by the other company. Very impressed with the technician Richard and highly recommend Big Mountain.

Big Mountain Heating & Air is a great company, Mark C. came out to the house to inspect my heating unit. He was fast, efficient and took the time to explain things about what his company and what services they provide and how I could maintain the system now and in the future. The rates are great and I look forward to future relations with them.

I recently had an estimate on replacement parts, from a previous company, for our heating system. I thought that I would get another estimate since the initial estimate was quite high. Big Mountain came in with an estimate of $500 less.

They haven't even come out yet, and I'm impressed. Ashley was so professional. I'm sure it will be great! I will follow up on my review!

Have used this company for several years and have found them to be honest and straightforward. Saved me a ton of money when I sold my house and found out that the company I had been using for several years for annual service and repairs had been less than truthful concerning the need to replace a AC unit.

I have had two full installations of HVAC systems in two different houses from them and they were the best! If I needed anything fine tuned or looked at for whatever reason.they would come and educate me.
