Peridio Heat and Air put my new unit in last Sept. The did a wonderful job. Had my first Maintenace in March. Justain was on time did a great job. He also answer all my questions. Very pleased with the level of service given by Chris Perry. I asked for recommendations before calling Perdido Heating and Air. I found out today why they were highly recommended. Chris showed up on time as scheduled. I shared the fact that the home was a recent purchase and we really don't know the status of the heat pump and would like to have it evaluated and serviced so I could have a baseline for maintenance and the service needs of the unit. Chris was patient and first listened to my concerns and then proceeded to ask me to stick around and he will walk and talk me thru the evaluation. Thru the whole process I was impressed with Chris and his knowledge and ability to clearly articulate the evaluation process. Chris made several recommendations as well as found two issues that needed attention. Later, one of the issue that was found Chris was able to research and find that the part will be covered by the factory warranty and the end result was a savings to my benefit.

I can't thank Perdido Heating and Air enough for the work and service given today and most of all, the technician that they dispatched. No question who my next call will be made to for future service or repair. Keep up they great work and keep hiring and training technicians like Chris.

We have used Perdido Heat and Air for all of our Heat and Air needs for over 12 years. They recently installed a new unit for us. I met with Chris on the possibility of the purchase and installation of a new Heat Pump system. He was very thorough with his presentation on what would be best for my Heating/Cooling load without any oversell. After agreeing on the system, everything went smoothly from there on. The employee who came out to do the annual service on our unit was so nice and informative.

The technician Justin S called and came early which was greatly appreciated since it freed up the rest of the afternoon. He was very professional and efficient and finished the job in short order. He explained what he was doing and made some suggestions on what I might want to do in the future to make my equipment running as efficiently as possible. Very pleasant experience.

Perry and Garland were a tremendous help while on a service call for our heat pump. I am unfamiliar with heat pump systems and thought my unit was malfunctioning. They explained the heat pump system while they checked out the inside air handler and outside condensor. They actually saved me from making a costly mistake concerning the utility room doors I had planned to ruin from a lack of knowledge.

They discovered that the system was running properly after completing their multi check point inspection. My wife and I were very impressed with their knowledge and skills so we signed up for the maintenance package on the spot. We recommend Perdido Heating and Air for honest and competent service.

I particularly like Perdido Heating & Air, because of one particular technician: Charles Perry. I mostly like him because he is always prompt professional and responsive to everything relating to my concerns as well as to his job performance. Perry is what we used to call a "straight shooter, " in that he'll tell a customer the truth rather than try and sell that customer something. There is no doubt that Perry reflects the character of PH&A, and is the type of employee that they would wish to be a rep of the company.

Our pool heater/ac unit was leaking and making "dragon" noises. Perry and Garland came out to fix it and they did an amazing job. They took their time to really figure out what was going on and we had some good laughs along the way. I can't recommend this company enough! They are knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and efficient. Jason and his team pulled off the impossible. With virtually very little notice and time, they relocated my outside unit and got it up and running. If they wouldn't have stepped up, my pool installation would have been delayed several weeks. They adapted to my needs in a very professional manner. 5 star rating! Our 10+ yrs old Carrier A/C recently stopped cooling :-(( We were without A/C nearly 72-hours during these 90-degree hi-heat-index dog-days of summer. Perdido Heating & Air assessed it as a corroded line. They are an ethical & honest company who could’ve easily sold us a new A/C, but advised us that our A/C was still good, except for a leaky/corroded line.

Their maintenance team expertly installed a new line—working diligently through their lunch break. Our sincerest gratitude to Perdido Heating & Air for an OUTSTANDING cooling job!!! :-D

Completely satisfied with the service received from Darren, David, Carl and Cliff. Darren performed the free estimate and provided several options with reasonable prices, Cliff (Service Manager) graciously answered my questions to assist with the final decision process. David and Carl installed the additional supply outlet needed in the sun room to make it more comfortable.

All supplies were provided, they cleaned up and replaced my plaques on the wall. Reputation. Location of the installer relevant to my location. The staff (onsite/office) were very nice and helpful. Tom is a real credit to Perdido Heating and Air. Very professional and represents the company very well. Took the time to answer my questions and point out system operation/performance expectations.

We're not very happy to have committed to a complete new heating and air unit; however, after we give up a few scheduled Leisure Cruises, everything will fall back in place. The main reason for this correspondence is to commend the performance and the work ethics displayed by Randy and Eric during the entire installation of both units.

Chris was our salesman and went above and beyond my expectations with the install of our new Carrier AC Unit. Chris took great care in the estimates I was given and really explained my options in great detail. He is a completely knowledgeable and capable technician. Roger and his team were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely and hard working. The crew worked for about12-13 hours installing our new unit on a 100+ heat day in Florida.
