I got an estimate for my gutters from someone who was cheaper, I admit it. But the business who estimated lower did the estimate while I wasn't at home, which wasn't okay with me, and gave me an estimate that wasn't the original plan. That business didn't treat me very well in preliminary communications, either. Then I searched for someone with good reviews and found Larson.

When Adam, the Larson estimator, came over, he warned me: "We're going to be your higher bid." But before he showed me the numbers, he explained why. Larson honors its commitments, cares about the people who work there, invests in the community, and uses very, very high-quality materials. I was a little worried at the price at first, I admit. I no longer have any trepidation.

I had new, pristine, high-quality gutters WITHIN A WEEK. Sean and Jacob were the experts who came over to put them in and they are complete professionals. They explained what was going to happen without making me feel stupid; they walked me through any changes to the original plan; they brainstormed a way to solve a particular challenge with the drainage from my bay window; they were surprisingly quiet; and because my house isn't that big, they were cleaned up and out of my hair by 3pm. And now I have low-maintenance gutters that will last through selling the house with a transferable warranty to the next homeowner who lives here.

I used Larson Home Services for my gutter replacement and Dr Energy Saver insulation. Gutters are beautiful and clean up was spot on. My home was built in the 50's and had many changes over the years. I don't have a basement so my utility room had open holes in the ceiling that went up to the attic where old vent pipes were removed. The crew covered and sealed them all and same with the attic hatch.

The minute I walked in the door I could notice the temperature difference. The trees in my area are beautiful but old, big and messy. I can smile as I watch all that tree debris fall and the neighbors cleaning their gutters, silly people. Because of the great experience and service I had I am having them also replace my roof. From the first call to completion the experience was painless. I would recommend this company for sure.

Extremely professional from first call to completion of the job. Chris provided the scope of work and financing - he couldn't have been more personable and thorough. The guys showed up the day before the job and formed/extruded the seamless gutters on site - they explained everything and we're very friendly and efficient. Jordan and Drew showed up exactly on time the next morning.

The team from Larson Home Services just completed our insulation project. Brandon, Connor and Andy completed the work in a high quality, professional, timely and responsive fashion. Larson Home Services blew in foam and cellulose insulation into the walls and floor. They also installed an energy efficient dehumidifier in the basement. The two insulators (Brandon and Cody) did an excellent job of insulating and clear up. I would recommend Larson Home Services to anyone.

Larson just finished our attic insulation (removal of fiberglass and installing in spray foam and blown-in insulation) and they did a fantastic job. Came home in the evening and immediately noticed a difference in warmth and quietness in the home! The team was professional, so nice and communicated with us throughout the whole process. They were on time, and even went above and beyond by coming out the next day repairing an issue that a previous roofing contractor did incorrectly.

Super thankful and impressed with that! We wish there would more thorough cleanup (we just had to cleanup the fiberglass dust and on the doors and flooring) as well as providing protection for the corner of baseboards (ours got injured and essentially sanded off) even though they tried to be careful. Highly recommend!

The folk at Larson were incredibly easy to work with and not pushy in the least. I just needed my insulation replaced (was formerly Zonolite), so I heard about Larson from multiple different sources coming highly recommended. The representative came out to my place and checked out the attic and provided an estimate later that day. However, he did insist on replacing the roof and gutters since they were about 10 years old.

The estimate for asphalt shingles and a newer gutter system weren't bad at all! Unfortunately, if I'm getting a new roof, I'd go with metal (despite being more expensive, it's cheaper in the long run and has a lot more benefits). After saying I'd go with someone else for the roof, I wasn't pushed on the subject, though I was definitely asked why (classic sales).

But that being said, we quickly got back to the more important matter at hand. Larson came out and reinsulated the attic without leaving a trace. I would have never guessed they showed up aside from how my house is now significantly warmer! So all in all, their insulation works fantastically and they're easy folk to work with. Despite how busy the market has been, they got the job done quickly, too.

Would highly recommend. If I get another property, you can count on Larson being one of the service providers I'd contact first. Bonus points if you want to use my name as a referral source since they do give out money for referrals!

We had a very frustrating and dishonest experience with our sales rep. He lied to us multiple times about significant aspects of the job. We had Larson's out a few years ago to install LeafGuard, and our rep then was great. Recently we had Larson's replace the attic insulation. While the job went well, the interaction with our sales rep was awful. and led to some costly issues: -We were told that we would receive a $500 rebate which ended up only being $350.

The rebate is provided by a third party non-profit and they don't even offer a $500 rebate, so I have no idea where our rep came up with that number. -We were told when doing the attic that our ventilation was more than enough to keep.

The Leafguard Gutters are a high-quality gutter which basically sell themselves. Shortly after the gutters were installed, we received heavy rainfall which the gutters handled with no overflow or run-off. Our salesman, Derek, was very thorough in showing & explaining the effectiveness & quality of the Leafguard Gutters, as well as the background of Larson Home Service.

The installers, Tyler & Nick, were very professional & did a great job, going above & beyond when removing the old gutters, installing the new ones, & cleaning up. Communication by the staff at Larson Home Services from start to finish throughout the whole process was excellent! We would highly recommend Larson Home Services to our family, friends, and neighbors.

I trust Larson so much that I'm a repeat customer! Everyone from their online presence to installers is wonderful. There's not much they haven't seen or done, and they're always ready with an answer to your questions. You could pay someone less to do a shoddy job and have to pay again to have it done correctly.but I'm a believer in doing things right the first time. Larson gets it done right the first time!

We haven't had the Leaf Guard system for very long and we have had no rain since they installed it but so far, we are very pleased. We will especially enjoy the new gutters this fall when we no longer have to clean them out of leaves and debris. The installers were very nice and were on time as they promise and all in all, did a great job.

Larson did a fantastic job with our Leaf Guard gutters. They did great custom work for our rain barrels and an interior corner. Plus, they cleaned up meticulously after installation. The gutters work amazingly. We've seen them move water a few times now and it's impressive. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a permanent high quality gutter that requires no maintenance and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Had the Leafguard gutters installed on our home. A bit pricy, but a wonderful product and definitely worth the investment if you have a lot of trees near your house. Larson provided us with a thorough (but not pushy) education of their product compared to other available products, easy scheduling, and timely installation. Our story isn't perfect the first time and done, but one that is of GREAT SERVICE and that they follow through on the promise to make it right. We have a metal roof, which is a new product for residential homes. Larson Home Services did a great job of mixing their product with the 3rd party ones (awning) already on our home. They were professional and prompt in addressing the issues with the gutters. We did two different projects with Larson Home Services and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I don't typically go out of way to leave a comment but I was highly displeased with their customer service and being lied too. It started with scheduling to get a proposal on gutters and the day of the appointment about 2 hours before the appointment the salesman's Brad calls to reschedule, which we did. The day he finally did come he apologized. for him being late and having to reschedule before and that he would be sending us a gift card for our troubles.

He was also going on about how they pride themselves on customer service and that he wanted an hour to go over their product with me too at a later date once proposal was built. I said okay that would be great thanks. Went two weeks and.

Charles Gregory came to our home to provide us with an estimate and information about the gutter system. He was thorough, professional, and a good listener. Because of his professionalism and customer friendly attitude and of course the product we decided to have the gutters installed. I hope that the rest of crew will live up to his standard. This is the second time we have been provide with an estimate.

Both gutter and roof replaced in one day. After the crew left you wouldn’t know they were there. Unmatched clean up. Comforting to know that I will never go through this again plus the warranty it transferred when I sell. Would never recommend any other firm for this work.

I’ve had Leafguard for a few years now and it’s BETTER than advertised. I haven’t had to do anything with these new gutters and my basement is always dry now.
