On the ball. Answered questions in a timely manor. Continued follow up with venders as to why product was delayed. Negotiated, negotiated and negotiated with the insurance company to receive all that we have coming. Insurance companies always lowball! Restoration won't let them get away with that game plan. If I were to pick one strong point with Restoration, that would be it.

I am from the Midwest where quality service and follow up got its name, unfortunately that level of commitment is severely lacking here in Florida but that is NOT the case with Restoration. We're there snafu's, yes but that is inevitable in s job of this magnitude. The important part is they tackled them and put it to bed. If you want quality and commitment, Call Restoration.better yet, ask for Daniel Smith or Patrick, they will have your back!

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the job Trademark Restoration and especially field supervisor Daniel Smith did replacing our tile roof. Daniel kept us informed of the progress of the job and addressed our concern of doing the job with the rainy season approaching. The job from start to finish was completed in 30 days. Trademark restoration handled all our needs for our roof replacement. Dan Smith, our rep. was very professional and kept us in the loop the whole time, as it took 9 months to settle our case with our insurance company who denied us our claim from hurricane Erma. When it came time to replace our roof it took 2 days for demo and three days for tile installation. The work was done very thorough and professional.

Trademark was very responsive to my needs and low presure when it came time for me to make my own decisions. They answered my questions, eased my concerns and was very thorough at handeling my claim. I like that they stand behind their work. My project went smooth. I highly recommend them.

Great customer service is hard to find but Drew always called me back promptly and had the answers I needed. He went above and beyond to make me happy. The roofing technicians cleaned up the site daily. I can recommend Trademark for all your roofing needs.

Trademark did a good job on my roof. They lived to their commitments. On two small occasions their subcontractor did something incorrectly. Trademark was very fast in correcting the issue. Both times they fixed the problem immediately. I was very satisfied with their reaction time to these two small incidents. At completion I had many comments from neighbors about the looks of the installation and quality of the workers. I'd use them again if I had the need.
