Dugas Pest Control

Outstanding service. We've been using them for years. Our landscapers pulled out all the termite traps recently. Dugas checked in repeatedly to see if the work was done so that they could come replace the traps. They were careful to not mess up the new landscaping and didn't charge us for the extra traps they didn't anticipate being missing. Always great customer service and we have a pest free home!

Aaron came out to do a pretreatment for a house slab. He was super nice and helpful. It was a pretty big job and heard no complaints having to stay a little late to finish up.

Debbie with Dugas Pest Control is fantastic! Highly recommend. Prompt monthly service at our office and warehouse, and she's always friendly and courteous. She really knows her stuff too--I've learned a ton about our local pest issues since she's been treating our facility. This so called company was called by my landlord for an inspection and termination of pest. They were to do more than one property at the time. I was not given a prep list but was told verbally which I did. I sent my kids away with my pets for a couple of days. They arrived that morning and I was ready but because the other properties were not I was told they would reschedule.

I did not understand why I had to wait to get my home treated because my neighbors weren't ready. So next week comes. I needed a few minutes to crate my cats and the guy left. They reschedule again. So next week comes again. I have had my cabinets clear and piles of pots and pans and dishes are stacked in one area which was a counter top these reputable folks called my landlord and told them I had too much clutter.

I have never seen such unprofessional persons in my life. I ended up using some combat gel and sprayed myself. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason. Truly disappointing.

The people there are very nice. Other than that the service is terrible. My termite contract expired at the beginning of Jan. Dugas started sending bills. I refused to pay till the annual inspection had been done. Finally had to call in March to schedule one myself. At that time the lady said I should have been contacted already when I asked why the inspection hadn't been done. An appt was scheduled and no one showed at the scheduled inspection time. I called only to find out that it had been moved but I wasn't notified. You won't get very good service with these folks!

Had flea infestation in home and yard. First relocated the 6 stray cats and 2 opossums. Had exterminator spray home and place granules in yard. Sent our dog to vet for flea treatments. Now have to vacuum home every other day as instructed. Hope this takes care of the flea situation. Just have to maintain. Service: Fleas or mites

Each of the technicians that cane to our home to perform pest control and inspection checks were both professional and cordial. They thoroughly explained all services that were performed and took appropriate safety precautions. We are very pleased we connected with Dugas Pest Control and will continue to utilize their services moving forward.

A mom raccoon decided to use my attic as a good place to have her babies. When we found the litter, I immediately called Dugas pest control, and they quickly jumped into action. The technician, Jeremy, was so kind, courteous, and helpful! Because of the raccoon nest was behind the AC unit, he had to call for assistance to access the tiny crawl space. Anne, the other technician, came over within the hour, and was also fantastic.

They were able to not only find where the raccoon relocated the nest, they were able to set the traps, and actually explain to my husband and I how the process works, and what steps we take next. Jeremy and Anne were professional, quick, proficient, and very personable. In fact, every person I spoke to over the phone with Dugas have been wonderful. I recommend Dugas pest control for all of your unwanted critter needs! You won't regret it!

The guy who came to spray was very nice but did not spray everywhere he was suppose to. He did not spray in the attic and a few other places they said would get sprayed. They also did not tell us that we needed to have everything moved from the walls. When they got here they let us know and if we didn't they would not spray. We just thought for almost 200 dollars we would have everything sprayed like we were told.

Affordable and always on schedule. Also, the Office Manager Nikki is extremely accommodating.

I cannot say enough good things about Dugas Pest Control! We had a mouse problem and when I called them Rob was so understanding and worked very hard to get someone out that very same day. Can't thank him enough because Jamie came out and discovered it wasn't just a mouse but many mice. He came out multiple times during the next week or so and was always dependable and stayed in contact with me.

He provided exceptional service and great communication and we have not even one mouse now. I hope we don't ever have that problem again but if so, I will definitely call Dugas. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Mrs. Debbie is my technician and she is fantastic! Super knowledgeable and fast. Dugas handles all of my quarterly pest needs as well as my termite contract and were able to help set me up for termite treatment at an affordable cost that I was able to spread out over 3 months.

We had a rat in our house and I fought for 3 months trying to catch it myself before I called Dugas Pest Control. They came out the same day and found where he was getting in the house and set some traps.

I had my yearly termite check, and the young guy, who came out was very polite efficient and overall excellent service. I wish I could remember his name. It's because of people like him, that I have been having my contract with Dugas Pest control since 1973.

This has to be one of the best places I have dealt with! Very nice and thorough. I live in a new subdivision and wanted to make sure it was protected from bugs! I hate bugs! I looked up a few places, read a few reviews and decided to give them a call. Spoke to Heather, she explained what they could service and I signed up! This part really won me over! The confirmation email contained a picture of the technician that would be coming out! When he arrived, very professional and once again, thorough! Great company! Use them!
