Recalling the time, when shingles do fly, An On Top Roofing Estimator came by. Said in a flash: Those shingles are trash. Recalled for a time So insurance is in line. Well at first the shed, Which its quality we saw with dread. Had it replaced And ON TOP ROOFING won first place.

Not impressed, I had "On Top Roofing" install a de-icing cable, I accepted the quotation to install 100 linear feet cable and thermostat, which was on the high end, thinking I am getting professional installation, to my surprise, the guys that show up didn't know anything about de-icing cable/thermostat. After 3 months of back and forth, I ended up with 75 feet cable, no thermostat, and the invoice (minus their cost of the cheap thermostat). I would not recommend them for installing de-icing cable.

On Top Roofing was pleasant and professional to work with from start to finish! Quick, clean, quality work and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with On Top Roofing. They were referred to us by a relative. Our roof looks amazing! Shout out to Josh, who was amazingly responsive and patient while we took a bit of time to decide on a style and color that both my husband and I could agree on. Never pressured us, was patient and professional throughout the whole process. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I contacted On Top Roofing via the Home Advisor link, provided a detailed description of the services I needed for a customer with a leaking, sizeable front porch roof. Set up an appointment, received a confirmation from Alise and I responded to confirm. Said Tim would be there from 1-1:30 on the designated day. I was there, house is on a small 7000 sf lot, I was working around the back, I checked periodically during that half hour, to see if anyone was around the front. Saw no one.

At 1:45 I sent Tim an email asking if he was still going to visit, or would we have to re schedule, no response. I called the office, spoke with Alise, she put me on hold, called Tim and returned to me to tell me Tim had been there, rang the bell, saw my car, took measurements and left. I told her I was there so Tim and I could inspect the porch roof and we could talk about the materials.

He did not make much of an effort to find me (walk up the driveway, call out to me, none of that). I asked Alise to have Tim call me when he was done his estimates for the day so we could talk about the specifics that I was unable to because he did not connect with me during his visit. She said she would tell him and that I could expect his estimate. I never got a call and never got an estimate. It has been 5 days and no response from them. I would never consider them again for any of my clients.

I called On Top Roofing initially for a quote on a couple of repairs, and they were very knowledgeable for what the causes of the issues were, and were able to address them at a reasonable price. They were a little booked up, and weather wasn't always cooperative, but they always communicated any updates on scheduling. They also didn't try to over-sell me, and were honest about the condition of my roof, which I always appreciate. Definitely will use in the future for any repairs that come up, or to replace when the time comes.

On Top Roofing provided us with a beautiful roof in an efficient and admirable fashion. Mike oversaw the work in a very professional manner and answered all questions and completed all work as per our estimate. His crew worked very diligently from the moment they arrived until their work was completed. They arrived on a Thursday at 7 a.m. and our roof was completed by Friday p.m.

The crew cleaned up all debris. We highly recommend On Top Roofing to anyone considering to have any type of roofing work done. We have received so many compliments on the finished product. Thank you again, Mike and crew.

On Top Roofing was amazing. They went above and beyond helping us work through a situation that involved a very poor installation of the roof on the house we bought claiming to have a new roof. The house was a flip and it boasted new roof which turned out to be the worst installation On Top Roofing as well as another reputable company had ever seen.

Nothing about it was up to code and eventually leaked like a sieve. They worked with our lawyer as well as installed a new roof. The workers were polite, careful, and the cleanup was great. I told them if it is also bat proof I would give them 6 stars. It should be bat proof as well so if I could photoshop a 6th star I would! When we had a question post installation they came right out and answered our question. Can't say enough good about them. Honest, good people in an industry, not unlike others, that has some bad apples.

We were so happy with the service provided! They were the easiest company to work with! The site was clean and the workers were respectful and they followed through on all communicated actions. We had many delays when coordinating with our solar company and the team at OnTop Roofing was patient and understanding. On the day of installation, my husband and I were working from home and there were very little disruptions to our day. Once the work was finished, we received an email the next day to follow up. Highly recommend!

Lately we have been noticing roof shingles strewn about our yard and driveway after high winds. When we took a look up and realized they were from our roof we went to Yelp for help. "On Top Roofing" seemed like a good choice. And so it was. Tim The Estimator came out and took a look. Sure enough our "30" year roof shingles where pealing off after only 18 years of service. What's up with that? Tim enlightened us: class action suit against manufacturer for putting out poor quality product. Tim was great: very professional, courteous, knowledgeable (really knew his stuff), respectful, and showed up when the company said he would.

The lady on the phone, when setting up the appointment, was all of the above too. We did some repairs when Tim said we may get a few more years out of the roof (we were happy about that) [everything seems to hit at once] and if/and/or when more shingles fly to call our insurance company for they most likely will cover the loss. Good advice of which we will do. Either way we will be having "On Top Roofing" on top of our roof when the time does come, of which we are sure, will come, most likely, much too soon.

Our whole experience with On Top Roofing was exceptional. From the initial inspection and quote, to detailed explanations on materials, providing samples and assisting with shingle colors, fitting in a quick repair months before the final job, to the final full roof installation. Each member of the company we dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

I had a leak in my chimney due to lack of sealant from a previous repair (different company). On Top Roofing was able to easily identify the problem from a few photos that I sent and checking out my roof/chimney. They were easily able to add the proper sealant on and fix the previous repair quickly! I will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs.

We have used Ontop Roofing at our condos for many years and are very satisfied with all the work they have done. Tim and Josh have the good experience and customer skills.

On Top was great with communication, the price was fair and they did great work very quickly. They left no mess or materials. Everyone in the office and the guys who did the work are super personable too!

I recently had my roof re-done by On-Top. They were very responsive and provided a detailed estimate. They were clear in providing their insurance information, which was important to me. They told me when they would start the job and were prepared to do it when the weather called for rain. They postponed, but were back as soon as it was clear to do the job. Shingles removed, and roof redone, all in one day. Cleanup was good, with a few stray pieces of debris found later. Overall, I was very happy with the service.

Excellent roofing company. Great follow through. If they said they were coming at 8, they came at 8. Diligent, responsive people overseeing the work and managing the bills. The roof looks beautiful. The workers got it done it 1 1/2 days and left absolutely no mess and very little disruption. All together, a very positive experience and a great result.

Josh and company are great to work with and in my opinion the most competent metal roofing service company in the area.

That was April 3. I was told to expect mid-May but a spot opened up and I had a crew at my house today (April 18). The crew of 8 guys had everything stripped by 9am and everything replaced and their equipment packed up before 1pm.

It'll obviously be a while to notice any problems, but I doubt I'll have any. Quality work!

After another contractor stood me up to repair a small gutter leak I was referred into On Top from a GC.

Mike from On Top arrived on time, assessed the problem, and repaired the leak. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and left no mess. I highly recommend On Top!

Very good service and very fair

This is the second time we've hired On Top Roofing to work on our house. The first time they fixed a roof leak and the second time they re-flashed and fitted the chimney for a new cap. Both times they came in under budget, were super courteous to talk to, and did excellent work. Highly recommended!

On Top installed a new roof on our 30 yr old house two years ago. They were amazing. The whole project was done exactly as promised. Material arrived when they said it would, workers showed up the next day on time, the whole project was done in a day and there was absolutely no debris left behind when their vehicles left that afternoon. Fabulous job!

We had Tim, Josh and Jessalin work with us on installing a new roof on our house, garage and sun room addition. The job was finished today. It was an easy decision as we had hired them 3 years ago on my mom/dad's house roof and couldn't be happier! Then we built a pizza shop in one side which necessitated installing fans and HVAC equipment on tbe roof. Watertight for one year as guaranteed. Then the leaks began and when fixed came back again.

The recent snowfall created more leaks. We called On Top Roofing and Josh responded immediately and listened patiently as I gave the details of our problem. Likely TMI for the first call, but he said he could be over to assess the problem later that day. He did and I got called back with his assessment that night. I needed it fixed before any further rain, and he did get it done!

He also found a previously chronic drain problem and fixed it even though it meant coming back the next day and a very early start to get done before the businesses opened. Great service, great focus on customer need, and reasonable price! He gets it done!

The roof over over my back screened-in porch was caving in due to snow weight and water damage over the years, and I contacted On Top Roofing based on a recommendation from someone at my company. I'm so glad I did. Josh came to my home to inspect the damage, explained in a very understandable and patient way what he believed was the problem (failed rafters) and offered multiple options for me.

He also noted that my gutter was not at the correct angle and that when he put it back in he would place it at the correct angle. His price was not the very lowest of the quotes I received, but I chose On Top Roofing because I felt they would do the best job and be the easiest to work with (Josh was very clear on what he would be doing, how much it would cost, and I trusted him).

A crew of three removed all the old shingles, and replaced about 6 rafters and several pieces of the decking and ceiling panels. They did all the work in 2 days and I was impressed at how quickly they worked and professional they were. Josh came by each day to oversee the work. One thing I'm glad I did was have the estimate specify how many rafters and ceiling panels were covered, and how much each additional rafter/panel would cost, because more than we initially thought needed replacing (this could not be known not until all shingles were removed).

At first it took a while to get in touch with someone in regards to the price quote we received. But now we are finally starting to get everything going. Took a while, with multiple phone calls and emails but as of now everything is going good. I only gave 3 stars due to how long it took to get in contact with someone. Took a few weeks before we got a phone call back just to discuss the next steps to getting the roof and gutters done. But once everything is done I will update my review as far as how everything came out.

We had a few estimates done before On Top Roofing and Tim was the ONLY one who knew why our previous roof was literally rotting away only 13 years into its 50 year advertised lifetime. Not only that, he did not try to convince us that some of the underlying parts needed replacement like the others did--the shingles were the obvious problem! His price was better than the others and he won us over with his honesty and knowledge.

Besides Tim's easy manner, trustworthiness, and knowledge, his CREW was top notch. They were quick and efficient and so respectful and polite. Whenever we were home, made sure to come down and ask what we thought of the progress and actually **thanked us**--several times!--for giving them the work. Their genuine gratefulness was so unexpected and really appreciated.

For the price, the knowledge, the trust, the efficient and polite crew, and the quality of the workmanship, we were beyond impressed. I only wish I could give them more stars!
