This company is the best in Jersey City by far they are very professional down from their technicians to their customer service. I had issues in my apartment because of another unit and they did the best that they could to help me even though it seemed undoable being above us was the real issue. They continue to come to limit my issue even gave advice on how to get the real help I needed I would recommend them to anyone!

This service is absolutely fantastic! They were extremely thorough and took their time to make sure every corner of the house was taken care of. After a week, I stopped having any pest problems and they reinforce everything with Followups. We moved back into our condo after renting it out for two years and discovered a cockroach issue. I booked an appointment at the beginning of September, hoping that would be it, but we still had cockroaches over 2 weeks later. We called and the tech came back at the end of September as part of their 30-day guarantee. After the second service, I purchased sticky traps to keep track of the activity.

At the end of October, I caught a *pregnant* cockroach who gave birth on the sticky trap. Frustrated, I ended up calling another pest company, who cost less and had just as positive reviews. It has been a month since I called that "other" company and I have not seen any activity. On the plus side, the service - both booking and the tech - were pleasant and I think they genuinely wanted to do the best job they could, but it just did not work out for us. Good customer service is hard to find these days. So giving them stars for that.

I live in a dingy neighborhood so roaches are almost to be expected around here. Even with a monthly exterminator in my building, I was still seeing pests around so I called in for backup and my experience with Professional Termite and Pest Control was superior. From the initial call to the actual service I was at ease with the situation being handled quickly. The team sent Pat to my apartment a day after I called and he was professional, knowledgeable and quick! I will definitely call again if I ever need similar services.

I reached to PT&PC when we suspected an animal had gotten into our home. Due to the lockdown, we were worried we would not be able to get someone in a timely manner but Jack came right away. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and his team was able to quickly resolve the problem. We will definitely use PT&PC in the future.

PT&PC came out to my apartment within a few hours of calling which was super helpful since their was a mouse in the my apartment and I was freaking out! They came out assessed and did their due diligence to make sure the mouse was caught. Thankfully since they came I have not had anymore issues with mice. PTPC, has saved us from the RAT problem here in our building in Newark! We're in an industrial building and they came and inspected the premises and advised us on sealing up problem entry areas and we followed their advice. Great service from Wilma, Jack, Patrick and William. I had an emergency and Wilma diligently worked to include me last minute in their tight schedule, to perform a pest control service. I wanted to eliminate the source and not just mitigate the problem, so afterwards they came in and performed a search and seal service, as well as further remediation, tackling any potential entries of the pest to the unit. Jack performed a great job, finding a solution, explaining what had to be done and making us feel comfortable that this was something that could be solved. They are all very responsive and provided an excellent level of service, from my experience I totally recommend them.

I would recommend Professional Termite & Pest Control. My husband had some bites on his legs and we were scared they were bed bugs. I called at like 10 am and they fit me in at between 2 and 4 pm to be seen that day( i may have been freaking out just a bit). I was able to sleep that night because I found out I did not have bed bugs. Pat was great.

Super nice and super thorough. The cost to check the house was 20% of what the other other companies were charging. I went with them because they were local, reasonably priced, nice, had great yelp reviews, and the cost seemed more appropriate.

Pro Termite & Pest Control was great! They quickly and effortlessly took care of our pesky (and loud) mice in our attic, and they also told us what we needed to do to maintain the house to keep them out. Patrick was a thorough and friendly technician, and Jack was a great help with scheduling. It's been months now and we no longer have issues! We are now repeat customers. They did such a great job, we're having them come back and take care of seasonal ants. Highly recommend.

Called today because of the reviews I saw on yelp and google. We have had mice on and off for a year as well as the odd water bug in the summer and my husband was convinced that he could take care of it himself and/or that they would go away on their own. I finally drew the line and called Professional termite & pest this morning. They gave me a quote over the phone and came less than hour later bc I live close. William was professional and diligent and told me exactly where the mice were coming into our house and where they potentially could come in so that we could seal it off. It hasn't been 24hrs yet but so far I have piece of mind now that the situation is being handled professionally.

PTPC is my go to exterminator for all my properties. I have a few buildings that need servicing monthly in hudson county and these guys are always on time and quick to get the job done. In the past if there was ever an issue with pests these guys were quick to come over and get the job done. The owner routinely will do visits himself with his guys and takes the time to explain the source of the problem and best way to control the situation.

Unlike other exterminator companies these guys won't break your bank and will even remind me when the next service is due instead of me having to track them down. If you need a professional and reliable source that won't cost you a fortune, I highly recommend reaching out to this company.

Nothing short of amazing. After dealing with another extermination company that did absolutely nothing for my issue I decided to give theses guys a try. I have not been disappointed. The supervisor always comes out and does a wonderful job. Very attentive and always keeps me in the loop.

We have used them over the last couple years for our building for various issues. Most recently ant and termite issues. They treated the building for ants, but weren't able to assist us with the termite issue due to the type of wall structure in our basement and the equipment needed to do a proper termite treatment. I appreciated their honesty and walking us through the process and the thorough explanation of how it should be done.

Also explained that if we do hire another company - list of what to ask them etc. Wilma is always a pleasure to speak with on the phone and the guys that come to do the estimate and treatment are all very professional and thorough. Can't ask for more than that. We will continue to use their services for our building.

Jack and his team were nothing but understanding and amazing to work with. From the amount of times they came to my property and inspected all areas to confirm the animals point of entry to how professional they were, I would highly recommend them! They also made sure to check all surrounding traps (that were not their responsibility) and refill! When working they made sure to be very cautious while walking through my property and they also left it as clean as possible! Anytime I called in between with questions or concerns, Jack always responded quickly and reassured me that everything will work out! They are very comforting and definitely put me at ease!

We had a contractor doing work at our house for three days. On the second day, one of the crew (who had all been instructed and constantly reminded to close the basement door to the outside) let a squirrel into our basement. Great. Then the freaked out little thing found its way into our basement ceiling. Again, great. This happened after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday, because these things never happen at 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday.

Animal Control was no help, saying that they don't deal with wildlife problems. (What?!) Extra great. We Googled the problem and followed every bit of reasonable guidance for getting a squirrel out of the house. Nothing. We asked the contractor to come over and help us, .

Professional Termite & Pest Control visited my home for a rodent problem recently and the experience was extremely professional and efficient. The gentleman who came to my property was thorough and explained all of the steps he completed while at my property. He also walked me through his inspection of the site to physically show me where the problems could be occurring. I would highly recommend their service!

Called them up after some quick research online/yelp, as I never required the services of a pest control company. Friendly call taker, and convenient availability to come out. They charge a fee to come out even if no services are ordered, which is fine. Fee will go into price of services if you go with their treatment plan. On the date of service, the tech came as scheduled and came to inspect the area I found termites, and confirmed what I saw was true. Wrote out a recommendation for treatment, called in my credit card info for the visit, and said to call if we wanted to proceed.

We call to request the treatment, tech comes and treats the one room. Here is where I have issues with the company. He treated just the one small room where I saw termites, but when I questioned him about how they spread or where they come from or if they will come back. He simply said he guaranteed the small room he treated and said it could cost thousands to tens of thousands to treat the entire property, and if I see termites in another room, give them a call. Didn't seem to be concerned where they came from in the first place, or the fact that they can easily spread room to room through the wood walls.

Sure enough, 2 weeks later we see termite evidence in the next room over. Instead of calling Professional Termite, I called a different company. They came and thoroughly explained the situation and answered all questions and were very concerned about finding the source and extent of termite damage. Professional only looked at the one room in question and left it at that.

There was termite damage along the entire wall, about 100 feet of damage, Professional only treated about 7 feet. The kicker: Professional was very overpriced. They charged roughly $500 to treat a 7x5 storage room. New company charged under $1000 to re do the room Professional did, plus the entire wall. Other company came 2x prior to treatment for consult and didn't charge a dime. I'd suggest Professional care more about locating the cause of an issue versus ensuring to collect payment for each service. Feel free to PM me for a recommendation of an honest and quality company.

This was one Yelp search I wasn't looking forward to - finding a decent exterminator in the Jersey City area. After three years of living in my apartment pest-free, I unfortunately came across my first mouse experience and desperately wanted it to be my last. Based on the Yelp reviews, I decided to give Professional Termite & Pest Control a try. I'm glad I did!

That exterminator that came was thorough and professional as he searched through every room in my apartment, searching for entry points where mice could get in. He marked them for me and even showed me how to check behind my stove where - SURPRISE - there was another dead mouse. UGH. Seeing the pure fear on my face, he quickly agreed to wrap up the mouse and throw it out for me.

Thank goodness. What I really appreciated was how he took his time and how honest he was in his evaluation, and he educated me too on how to use steel wool to seal up all the open holes. Because it's only been less than a week since the service, I'm giving them four stars at this time to see how good their services really are after a month. I will certainly give them a call for a follow up check, if needed. But. I hope I don't have to!
