First, let me caution anyone looking for roof repair in Lexington. There are, it seems, more than a few charlatans in the business who want to convince you to do a full roof replacement when a simple repair is all that is necessary. There are also several contractors out there who don't have the experience you want when it comes to something as important as your roof.

AIC is a breath of fresh air in this otherwise convoluted mess.

They are extremely professional, will give you all your options, and will provide you will a detailed quote with diagrams drawn. I've used them twice. Once was to repair a leak I had in an overhang. The second was, to be honest, to have them fix a repair that was screwed up six ways till Sunday, from a charlatan similar to those mentioned above. Both times, they did an excellent job and they completed the job quickly.

Are they cheap?

I don't know...everything seems high to me. I'm an old man. Are they good? Yes. Very. And roof repair is something you need to have done right the first time. I strongly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service and work provided by AIC. They replaced a garage roof. The estimate was timely and reasonable. The work was scheduled within one week and the job was completed in one day. The workers were thorough and considerate. The roof was well done, looks great and cleanup was very thorough. Our upstairs ceiling developed a leak. Called AIC and explained problem. Blaine arrived promptly; quickly assessed the source of the leak. Because he had our type of shingles on his truck, he was able to do replacements that same day. I am very pleased with the quality of work. And the price was excellent.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with AIC. My family and I moved to Lexington this past summer, and soon after we moved, our roof began to leak. We called several roofing companies and asked them for a consultation and to prepare an estimate.

The staff at AIC was great to work with. The roofers had put on manufacturer dis-colored roof shingles on the front of the house and the project manager caught the mistake and made them re-do it. Make sure you're very happy with the result before the walk through in the end, they'll be happy to address any concerns you might have.

We had a very positive experience with AIC! From start to finish, the process was very seamless. We first met w/ Blaine who we found honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Once scheduled and on the job, Craig sent me numerous pictures and text updates throughout the day since we could not be there.

We have had several tricky leak issues on two different older houses in Lexington. We have tried other companies in the past, but they never actually fixed the leaks, and charged an arm and a leg. We were finally referred by a friend to AIC roofing.

We obtained proposals from three roofers that were highly rated on Angie's list. We picked AIC Roofing as I had the most faith in their abilities after their presentation. Competence was important given we have several skylights.

We had our shed roof replaced with AIC Roofing. Their price was the most affordable and quick scheduling. The job was done within a day and Blaine even came afterwards to inspect the finished roof.

They did everything they said they would. Very, no EXTREMELY, punctual. They performed the entire tear off and reshingled all in one day (long day) as promised. I would highly recommend them.

They did some gutter work for me. Friendly staff and prompt service. Really liked that they give free estimates. Would use again.
