Not only was Doug punctual but he was early to our appointment and already had prior knowledge of the my condo community being that he has been in the business for over 40 years. He gave solid advice and was extremely helpful, quick, and by far one of the kindest people I have ever met with to do work on my rental property.

Well I set up an appointment a week in advance to have my condo carpet cleaned. The lady who set me up was very nice with me and set a timely appointment due to the holidays. The guy came by my convo earlier than expected and was nice but however gave me bad news. He was very honest and stated that he couldn't Guarantee results but would try. However the cost would have been 240.

I felt that there was no point in paying that amount of money if he couldn't give me results of a better looking carpet. Now I've moved everything out of my condo, took time off work in preparation for them to come in to say that it wouldn't be worth it. This could be apart of the appointment process. I could have easily sent pictures or videos of my carpet to save me headache of moving everything and losing money from taking time off.

Would also appreciate if a warning of what the service can't guarantee was mentioned over the phone or perhaps in the email follow up. Very disappointed that nothing got done and my time was completely wasted. However the worker and the appointment lady were at least honest and friendly. The stars go to them and their politeness.

I have only used A&C for carpet cleaning for years and I am always happy with my experience. They do an amazing job for less than other companies. Douglas is always a pleasure to have in my home and will get the job done quickly but still produces great results.

Really love these guys! Any chance I have to support a family owned/smaller name company I take it. Tried to call one of the big companies and prices were outrageous. Just needed a small couch cleaned and they tried to hit me with all these hidden fees as well as a $100 fee itself just for them to bring their machine out not to mention the high minimum and cost of services itself. Called A&C, got wonderful customer service and a great price with no hidden fees or sneaky things going on.

They had a cancellation that morning so they were at my house within 30 minutes and the Tech was so nice and did a great job. Thanks guys, will definitely call you in the future!

A&C was really great. I called around to several other companies, but A&C's prices were very comparable (cheaper than some)! Both times I called, Tracey was extremely nice and helpful and answered all of my questions as well as gave me a quote. Brandy did a great job with the carpets and was very knowledgeable! Tracey even called a week later just to follow up and make sure everything was up to standard. Will recommend!

Travis was very professional on the phone and in person. He explained the carpet cleaning process to me and was happy to send someone out to do an estimate. JD arrived to look at the carpet and was very knowledgeable about the products and procedures to be used. The people- and pet-friendly products impressed me.

When I called the company to schedule service, the young lady had a crew in my area and said they could do the job that day. They called ahead, gave me a time and arrived promptly on time. Very accommadating. The young men(Jackie and Mitchell) were very professional, presented me with an estimate and cleaned my tile & grout.

We've used A&C over the past few months to perform two carpet cleanings, a tile cleaning and grout sealing, two top-to-bottom house cleanings, and an upholstery cleaning. My wife and I were in the process of selling our house and had cleanings done before listing and prior to closing.

WOW! is all I can say. I had tile that had not been cleaned since the house was built. Plus the grout had never been sealed & it had been originally white. Eleven years, two kids, two dogs and a cat later I actually did not think it could be cleaned to the original color. All I can say is that I am amazed at the job that Jackie did.

Ceramic tile is awesome except when the prior owners didn't clean it properly. My main room had dingy tile that I had cleaned at least a dozen times trying to get it back to the proper color. The equipment used is better than you are going to do unless you get on your hands and knees and scrub it foot by foot.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He showed me the problem areas prior to treatment. It took a long time to dry because of the amount of product applied, but the technician made me aware of that and was willing to come back with fans or remove the rug to the garage, whatever I needed.

The first company I've ever used that didn't take ME to the cleaners! The only company I will use for now on!

I recently hired A&C Carpet Cleaning to clean a love seat and clean my carpet. The carpet needed cleaning especially due to years of pet stains. Their technician arrived on time, was kind and courteous, and did a fantastic job on the love seat (being careful to use the correct cleaning method) and my carpet. When he was finished, all the pet stains were gone (I am sure I put some of them there, I cant blame the cats all the time) and I couldn't believe how clean the carpet was.

They are not a bait-and-switch company. He did exactly what I wanted him to do, and did it well. Their price was reasonable and spot on. I would hire them again in an instant, and highly recommend them. I originally found them on the web by doing a google search for Christian Upholstery Cleaning, and they were the only business to pop up for my geographical area. A&C Carpet Cleaning openly promotes the Gospel (the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ), and I would give them 6 stars, but they will only let me give them 5.
