Tech was nice and respectful did a good job installing the toilet. Chalk job around the toilet was horrible, for what we paid for the work, this should have been a better job. Not sure we'll use them again

Excellent response time for a major repair job taking three days to complete. Everyone on the job worked their butts off to get water running to my home as quickly as possible. Zack was amazing! Always kept me well informed on progress, repair options, and costs. One small punch item which he corrected immediately. Dealing with all employees I found them to be friendly and very professional.

They all truly seemed to love their jobs and working for JD Plumbing. Very rare these days! Note that they are not the cheapest plumbing company in the yellow pages, but you get what you pay for and that was exactly what I got. Very satisfied!

Jordan M did an incredible job in assessing the problem and quickly offered smart solutions to remedy the leaking issues with my guest bath toilet. He provided a detailed quote and proceeded to work on the project. He was organized, precise and quick at the repairs. I also appreciate Jordan cleaning up the work area. Additionally, he made a point to check other bathrooms for the same leaking toilet issues.

And he also ran a flushing of my water softener unit to make sure it was functioning properly. Amazing service! Jordan was polite, informative and provided A+ service. Thank you Jordan for going above and beyond on the job.

Called JD Precision to come out and unclog some pipes, and they also inspected my hot water tank. Austin took pictures and explained why my old tank needed replaced, plus the builder didn't seal the roof vent. He came back the next day and replaced it and had a roofer properly seal the vent. Austin and his helpers were extremely friendly and professional, which is important to me as a single woman having some bad experiences with different contractors in my house in the past.

They were very knowledgeable and worked extremely fast. they had my old tank drained and out of my attic and the new tank installed and fired up in no time at all with no babysitting needed on my part. Although they are pricey, it's worth feeling comfortable with knowing the job was done right by people who know what they're doing. I trust Austin and will be using JD Precision going forward as my go-to plumbers.

Zach was very thorough, prompt and professional. He installed my new toilet with ease and was fast. He also checked all faucets, toilets and the hot water heater. He detected a roof leak over the water heater of which I was not aware, so now I will be contacting a roofer. I'm very pleased with Zach at J. D. Precision Plumbing and will use their services in the future.

Joshua was fantastic, so understanding of our situation as seniors on limited income and the impact of a huge plumbing issue. We were amazed that he was new to the company, as a master plumber, he was so knowledgeable and gave us all our options and information with much care and concern. I have used JD Precision Plumbing twice and each time the people who came out were very professional, polite, and communicated well with me. They were prompt, efficient, and transparent in their pricing and work needing to be done. They give options and help with payment plans if a large job is needing to be done. Came out because I thought I had clogged a drain or multiple drains. Discovered that it was the main sewer line. They gave me several options, I chose to have the line cleaned by "jet" high pressure water line that cleaned the lines amazingly dropped a camera in the sewer lines it was crazy to see what was inside. Really great job totally worth it. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me a reason to continually use the services they provide

Austin did an A+ Excellent job. My front lawn had a water leak somewhere between the water main and the house. He took his time, asked me questions, let me explain past plumbing issues and called his team. He cut my drywall so clean and patched it back so clean, it doesn't even look cut. I had this lawn job repaired before by bootleggers. It was a mess and didn't last. Wasted money.

I learned my lesson, just get it done correctly the first time. Neighbor recommended JD Precision. He was pleased with their work. Austin knows his stuff. He's young, but he is truly 'old school'. I called JD Plumbing just before the Christmas holiday as I had a plumbing issue that needed to be addressed before an HVAC repair could be completed and our heater/AC unit could be restarted. The employees that I spoke to on the phone were all very courteous, polite and they promptly sent out a technician that same day. When the repairman arrived to determine an estimate, all he could say was "this doesn't look good" because the HVAC drain line plumbing was not done the way he would have installed it.

He never even looked at the clogged drain that needed clearing. After 15 minutes of looking at the attic drain lines from the furnace (which I told him had already been cleared by the HVAC technician), he presented me with three horrific repair options ranging from $1900 to over $5000! I told him I had no interest in pursuing this work as it involved everything from cleaning out the tankless hot water heater to re-plumbing the attic lines and cleaning out the clog which he never even looked at.

Keep in mind our house is a custom built home only 9 years old and built by a top Houston builder. It is my opinion that he determined we could afford his high estimates or the services that he presented. I called another plumber who came out on Christmas Eve day. He promptly cleaned out the clogged drain for 1/4 of the lowest estimate by JD Plumbing. I realize my experience may not be typical for JD Plumbing Services but it certainly left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not call on their services again.

Good, knowledgeable people who provided excellent service and repair as promised in a timely manner. We are well satisfied with the work performed.

The dispatcher was nice but the tech they sent out was horrible. He sat in his truck for about 15 minutes before getting out upon arrival. Only looked at the area I was complaining about - no tools were ever even present. He went back to his truck after speaking to me. I stood outside in the 90+ heat for at least 10 minutes waiting on him to let me know my options.

I finally gave up and went into my house to wait on him to knock on door. Five minutes later I look outside and he was gone. Wow! Called to report it & got the same dispatcher who only said she would let the field supervisor know. The tech was arrogant, cocky and clearly unprofessional. Only bright spot is I didn't have to pay a service fee for them coming and I wouldn't have anyway. Total waste of time

Well you finally lost my business! I used this company for my salon and they did pretty decent BUT the last time I used them they had a new expense for using a credit card! Then today at the house they sent a man out that had no idea what he was doing (nice guy though)! Said it would be $1000 to install a towlet. We already purchased the towlet! O yea and he reminded me of the charge for credit card LOL!

We didn't have them install it yet still paid $100 service charge! This install at max is worth $500! Sorry JD I will not use ya or recommend you again! Update.we had the towlet installed by someone else for $350.they did an amazing job! They actually knew what they were doing.

They do not charge by time but by "job". Make sure you get an upfront quote. I had a 90 degree elbow that needed replacing due to the freeze. My husband had already put in a diverter valve so we had water as I waited for this repair about a month. The access was cut and the leak had been identified. The water was already off to the repair. All the plumber had to do was cut out the old elbow, clean it and sweat in a new elbow with a few inches of 1/2" copper pipe.

The charge was an appalling $38340. They gave me a $50 discount and a $42.59 member savings as I was a prior customer for a whooping $333.40 for about 30 min of work. The work was done fine, the price was about double what it should have been. VERY DISAPPOINTED

We had a single pipe break in two places during the recent winter storm. The two plumbers who came out were both courteous and professional. The work performed was decent, although it looked rather sloppy in the attic and they didn't bother to add an insulation sleeve, even though the previous pipe had it on there. In addition, the price was bordering on gouging considering it took 45 minutes to fix and was nearly double what others were charging in the area. I would definitely look elsewhere in the future.

Like a lot of people, I haven't had water in three days due to pipes bursting from the recent freezing temperatures. I called JD and they scheduled me for their earliest appointment. We waited for them to show up, but nobody ever showed up. Every time I called, I spoke to someone from an answering service for JD, and they were never able to put me in touch with anyone from the company that knew what had happened, but they said each time that someone from JD would contact me right away to figure out what had happened.

Apparently they decided they weren't going to show up at my home, even though they confirmed they would. Obviously, if I would have known they weren't going to be showing up, I would have scheduled another plumber. The state of Texas is in the middle of a plumbing emergency and people are in real need, but they decided to sit on the sidelines. They are definitely not the type of company I would ever rely on in an emergency.

Please also note that the idea that the roads are not safe enough to drive didn't prevent either of my direct neighbors from finding respectable plumbing companies to service their homes that same day, nor did it prevent my community in Spring from being on the roads themselves. TWO separate companies followed through on their commitment to their customers in a time of great need, whereas JD was nowhere to be found.

The idea that they didn't even extend the courtesy of telling me they weren't showing up shows a serious lack of professionalism and just how little they care about their customers, especially in such dire circumstances. Bottom line is that I will never allow them to step foot in another one of my personal properties in Texas, nor any of my commercial properties, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

The fact that a plumbing business would sit on the sidelines during such a crisis blows my mind. Fortunately, other, more reputable, plumbing companies have stepped up during this state emergency. JD is an absolute embarrassment and I should have written a review for my last experience with them, where they totally botched a plumbing inspection, costing me thousands. If you want a reliable plumbing company, JD Plumbing isn't it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews they beg their customers for. Go to a more honest and reliable company.

Cole Webster was great to work with and fixed some plumbing issues that had been bugging us. And he flushed the tankless water heater. Courteous, knowledgeable, and works efficiently and thoroughly.

Just want to say. JD Precision Plumbing is the bombdiggity! The technician was here earlier than originally quoted window, he fixed the issue and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, provided a free inspection of the rest of the plumbing in the house and was very personable, friendly, professional, showed no crack and rock solid in his knowledge.

Taylor gave me several alternatives for repairing my broken shower pipe from extensive replacement of old plumbing lines, to simply adding new shower neck and shower head. Since this is a seldom used shower bath I decided to do the latter. Within the hour he had the job completed and at a very reasonable cost! Would definitely use them again.

Dustin was great! He came out Saturday night, with a smile on his face. I recommend these guys, especially Dustin, to anyone and everyone!

I've used JD Persision Plumbing at many occasions commercial and noncommercial jobs. They are were prompt and upfront. They have gone go over and above to do every job I had with excellent and costumer service!

On 03-29-2016, the crew came to install a new water heater. on time, very professional, very clean. very curtious. This is my 2nd time to use J D Precision Plumbing and i always use them in the future.

Could NOT be happier! They worked with my schedule and got the work done with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I had 2 bathroom faucets replaced along with the supply lines and shut off valves underneath. I also had an outside faucet replaced. I am most happy with my last item - a new whole house water shut off valve. The old valve was rusty and I was afraid to even touch it.

I can see why the reviews are so good. Excellent customer service! Our plumber (Benjamin) came out with the given time frame and was very courteous, personable and honest. Will definitely be using them for plumbing issues.

Ben did a fantastic job fixing a pipe that broke in our home! He worked quickly and efficiently, and we really appreciate it, as he came out after regular business hours! We could not use the water until the problem was resolved.
