Randy and his whole team are great to work with. They are amazing people a high quality product. The process was smooth and we were always informed of what was happening. It's been a great experience throughout the whole process. We shopped around and met half a dozen pool builders and without a doubt found the best. As soon as we met Randy we knew he and his company were the right choice. Communication doesn't get any better. Randy and Gary are always available and readily to explain and provide updates on the project Phone calls emails and even texting are replied to almost immediately.
The knowledge and understanding on the all the processes and products gave us piece of mind and confidence. We've heard stories from friends about how their home projects were a headache, but ours was really a great experience. Happily we can't think of anything to complain about. Our pool was done on time and in time for the warmer weather.

The owner, Randy, designed our whole backyard which included the pool and spa, built in bbq, and large concrete patio. We have thoroughly enjoyed our backyard for 16 years, and get compliments from everyone that sees it! Randy and his son came to the rescue after our old pool (built in the 60s) began to chip plaster everywhere. After being sucked into the filter it was essentially destroyed. They came through with different option as simple as repair and as elaborate as a full reconstruction. We went with a full repair of the systems and now my pool is summer ready. Can't thank these guys enough for their kind and honest service. Couldn't recommend more! Thanks guys!

If you want a pool built right, on time, and beautiful, you should to hire Randy and his company Symphony Pools. And if you need approval from the City to build your pool, especially if you live on a hillside, you are wasting your time with anyone besides Randy. Also, having worked with several contractors over the years on our pool, you can trust Randy to craft the right balance between cost and quality.

Everyone on the team was professional and a delight to work with. They took over a project we had floundering by another contractor for over a year and they came in and were able to get the permits and the pool built beautifully with no stress on us. We had our pool put in by Symphony and they did a wonderful job. Randy free-handed designed it for the available space and it looks so good! They completed the job in 2 months which is a lot quicker than other pool companies. They were receptive immediately to concerns or questions. We feel the overall price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Symphony Pools. We love our pool!

We recently had our pool redone by Symphony Pools back in March of 2017. I am so impressed with the team over at Symphony. Randy helped us walk through all of our options and made the process very easy. Our pool was finished ahead of schedule and 100% on budget. The team went above and beyond. He gave our old pool from the 60's a modern look and really transformed our backyard.

We remodeled a jacuzzi spa from 1972. The guys at Symphony Pool were just great. They re-plastered using Quartzite. They helped me with color choice. We retiled the spa with Heath tiles and put in water arc which they helped me pick out. Our whole family love the results. They were helpful, neat, organized, and just fantastic.

When my husband and I decided to put a pool in our backyard, we interviewed Randy Bauer regarding installing a pool, a built in BBQ and new stamped concrete. Randy drew up a lovely design that flows beautifully and is functional for family use and for entertaining. Randy and his crew worked with the utmost professionalism and completed the job in the time frame that was promised.
