We'd suffered through too many Tucson Monsoons before we gave in and got A/C. Upkeep on the old swap box got to be too much and only made the hot and humid days of July more hot and humid. Rite Way did the entire removal, installation and start up in one day. (the last worker left at 9:30 pm though). We no longer look for excuses to get out of the house just to find a place with A/C.

These guys ARE great. My old AC unit was close to death and the tech told me he could fix it for about 1K but that he really recommended replacement. ( I knew it needed replacing and was just trying to squeeze more time out of it). Chris was their 2 hours later and was patient explaining all my options. The deal was done and 2 days later my new unit was installed.

I am so relieved we had Rite Way do our system. We had several bids, and they were by far the most comprehensive. Another bidder that was less tried to tell us they were doing the same thing, but they were only using the same equipment, nothing else was as good as what Rite Way was going to do. Like when you compare one vacation with the next, and the only thing similar is the airline!

Purchased two new Lennox A/C and Furnace units from Rite Way via Costco last week. We are extremely happy with the equipment purchased as well as the entire process that Rite Way took us through. High marks go to Richard Dorman and his install team (Robert and others) that work tirelessly to get our two old units out and the two new systems installed.

Great for PLUMBING also! I had a clog, shower & tub line & I could not unclog with snake, nor could 2 other handymen, 3 other plumbers, but Chris worked really hard without breaks using numerous sized snakes & though a toilet was sacrificed he & Marty got the line UNCLOGGED & installed a new toilet for me.

Rite Way just installed an entire new HVAC system at my residence. This is my second experience with Rite Way. In 1998, they installed my last HVAC system! The installers did an excellent job. They were polite, friendly, efficient, and they left everything clean and neat after they were done with the job.

This is the first time working with this company. My AC went out a couple of nights ago and I had originally contacted another company to come out and fix it (A&M heating and cooling) and they didn't even show up. I called Rite Way and within the hour someone was at the house ready to go. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone, and the repairman Andrew was fantastic.

Can't say enough about the experience we've had with Rite Way, from the very beginning of our business experience to the finished products installed. All the professionals there, Jason, John, Chris, Lorenzo and Jerry, who we had contact with, made the experience enjoyable and above all more than we had expected!
