Overall it was a very good experience. The first day the work was completed, but a problem occurred with it. It was quickly resolved the next day. It was simply an issue of a bolt not tight enough. In addition it was suggested to realign a external faucet connection. This was quickly done without any additional charge. I'm very impressed with Brandon and George who did all they could not only to resolve the problem but also gave me insights into an option which could improve my plumbing service. It was a very good learning situation for me, giving me some insights into domestic plumbing issues. Thank each of you.

Knowing the time for a new water was imminent, I was looking for highly rated company that could be trusted to do a quality job. Having had experiences with other plumbers in the area, I had already decided on Blue Planet when the water heater finally gave out. Excellent choice. Brandon explained the options and answered all of my questions patiently, professionally, and thoroughly. All the work was clean and well crafted. The response from the initial call to installation of the new water heater was quick and seamless. Impressive company.

Our experience with Blue Planet Plumbing has really been wonderful. Georg, who conducted the initial consultation via Zoom (a recording of which was sent to us), Sam, who did all the work, and Katie and Katti in the office, have all been friendly and respectful and very patient in answering all our questions and concerns. What started as a seemingly simple, though not inexpensive, project - replacing a couple of old leaky hose faucets and the Pressure Reducing Valve - morphed into a monstrous 2-day job of replacing the water line from the water meter at the street to the house when, the day after the initial work was done, we discovered water bubbling up through the gravel in the driveway down by the water meter.

It could be that we had had a small leak there that just wasn't noticeable until we no longer had water constantly leaking out of the hose faucet, subsequently causing more pressure in the very old water line. Hard to know, but there was no getting around the fact that the water line needed replacing. Sam and the digging crew were fantastic. Neat, conscientious, hardworking, and very careful. Sam even came back days later to bring more gravel for the trench across the driveway after the back-filled dirt sank following heavy rain, and he took the time to address another concern I had. (And he ALWAYS wore a mask when he came, which I truly appreciated, considering the ever-present uncertainty about COVID.) Blue Planet Plumbing may not be the least expensive contractor out there, but their professionalism and responsiveness are exemplary.

They gave us estimates for all the work and never added anything extra. The only other company we initially called about replacing the hose faucets and PRV said it would "time and materials" - so it could have ended up being less, or even more. We will certainly consider using Blue Planet Plumbing again in the future.

Had a broken sump pump that we didn't realize had filled to the brim, leaving us without the ability to use the only shower in the house. Was fit in for an eval very promptly the next business day (Friday), and today (Monday) Pablo cleaned everything up and installed a new pump seamlessly and quickly. Pablo was super helpful, professional, and not pushy at all when it came to decision-making. Answered all of our questions and provided great info to make our decision easy to mentally process. Earned our trust very quickly and delivered great and timely service.

We also moved forward with a maintenance plan with Blue Planet after our experience and will definitely recommend them to friends & family. Thank you so much Pablo for your hard work and professionalism! Edit: Just had another awesome experience with Blue Planet and wanted to recognize Brandon for his incredible work. I had a hose bib back-freeze the pipes in the wall of my house, which gushed water into our bedroom and made me think it would be a difficult and expensive repair. Brandon was able to immediately diagnose the issue and gave really good education/information on the logistics and pricing of options before moving forward. Made a minimally-invasive access into the wall and had it fixed quickly, same-day.

He recognized I was a Blue Planet member (which saves 10% off all treatment, and has definitely been worth it in the long-run) and even did my yearly inspection/water filter cleaning while he was there. Then even stayed late to install a second hose bib on a more convenient side of the house! Threw in a picture of the finished work, which looks like it was already originally installed with the house. Brandon was super nice, educational, thorough, really clean, and worked hard around the difficult obstacles in my 900 sq ft house. Much appreciated Brandon! I will be using Blue Planet for all of my future plumbing needs and referring anyone that needs help too.

I would like to share the amazing experience I had with Blue Planet Plumbing. First, I called them at 2:00pm with a busted pipe in my yard. The water was flowing into my neighbor's yard. Next, I spoke with Katie about my situation and she was about to direct Arion to assist with the situation. He was very professional and quickly evaluated the situation.

He explained the process and completed the task within an hour. Considering that I was without water, I really appreciated the same day service. Thank you to the Blue Planet Plumbing team for excellent customer service and outstanding work.

Once again. Blue Planet Plumbing to the rescue. I have used this company multiple times now due to their responsiveness, expertise, professionalism and just overall care for getting things done correctly. Pablo came out on a Saturday and quickly identified and diagnosed some tricky leaks that had started giving me problems inside of my house. He went right to work and within a couple of hours had sinks, toilets and showers in 3 bathrooms back to working properly and the leaking stopped. Can't say enough good things about Pablo and Blue Planet Plumbing, highly recommend these guys to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Pablo presented as professional, friendly, and thorough. We asked to have a drain pipe in our crawlspace rerouted, and he checked our whole plumbing system. Since this was a new residence for us, we appreciated his thoroughness and suggestions. Following his advice, we feel we took care of an additional issue before it became a problem. He demonstrated flexibility working with our HOA rules and schedule.

Now we have confidence that our home is safe and efficient. We also received a repeat customer discount for one of the issues. We would highly recommend Blue Planet Plumbing, and plan to use them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Pablo is amazing! I don't typically rave about plumbing but he was so helpful with everything from picking out a hybrid water tank to the installation to smaller jobs like a slow draining sink. He was well informed and didn't try to push sales on us that we didn't need. He was considerate - put on shoe covers first thing so dirt wasn't tracked in to the house. I've already recommended him and blue planet plumbing to friends of mine and they have a forever customer in me!

Blue Planet Plumbing was great! They were super polite and able to get out to our house quickly and replaced an old, leaky garbage disposal the same day. Our technician, Pablo, was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and willing to chat and answer questions and offer recommendations for other concerns we had. We will definitely use Blue Planet again.

We had two toilets replaced, and not only was Jayson swift and professional, but he made us feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I've had 3 encounters with Blue Planet Plumbing in the past 2 years and nobody comes close to their professionalism, accuracy, speed, or commitment to my satisfaction. From an 8 drain clog on my commercial building, to 6 overflowing toilets, to a tight squeeze roughing in my new drinking fountains, these guys did what they said they'd do.

We had a mysterious backup problem at our home so we called Blue Planet. George responded immediately, diagnosed the issue, scoped our lines with a camera and unclogged them. George was fantastic, personable, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Blue Planet Plumbing Company with an emergency Friday afternoon. When no other company would return my calls. There is nothing more frustrating than looking at a list of plumbers in this town and not getting any calls back.
