4 Seasons installed my hot water heater two years ago, and remind me every year to schedule a flush as part of the package. Mich came out today he was very professional and polite. He got his work done quickly and cleaned up everything after he was done. He took time to talk to me about his findings and answer any questions I had about my plumbing. Great job Mich!

I was VERY impressed with my recent water heater replacement by Four Seasons Plumbing. Upon arrival, Richard reviewed my situation, clearly explained my options and associated costs, and then got to work. He did a wonderful job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. He was very personable and professional throughout the process. The whole experience with Four Seasons was superb. from my initial phone call, to scheduling, to completion of the job. They will definitely be my "go to" plumbing company in the future.

I have used Four Seasons twice this past month and have been extremely please with their services. They are responsive, professional, and punctual. Richard and Anthony installed a tankless water heater and went above and beyond in setting everything up. Richard answered all my questions about the water heater, but also answered other questions I had about my plumbing and even gave recommendations on how to fix/upgrade my different systems.

Great attitude and easy to talk with. David came out for a backed up drain. He was able to offer different quotes for this issue and fix it with no problems. I also asked for quotes on different plumbing services and he took the time to get everything set up and explained each process. Last year, Ben installed a new water heater, main water shut off valve, UV and cartridge whole house filtration, and fixed an old leak in a shower drain. Today he performed complementary maintenance on the water heater. I didn't even know it was included with the original install. Ben is fantastic! He's knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Michael Lyons was very professional. He was clean and wore a mask the entire visit. He walked me through diagnostic and costs as well as all of my options. He didn't repair anything yet as I have to have approval first through my landlord but I would definitely recommend Michael and Four Seasons. My only negative is the price but you pay for quality service and knowledge. I will, however, be contacting again for future repairs and needs.

Patiently and in understandable language explained my options, answered my questions, checked every area of my house from crawl spaces to the attic when I asked about a tankless water heater. Install went smoothly and efficiently, each and every time Ben entered and exited he put on/took off shoe covers and mask. Even repaired my kitchen faucet when testing the pressure post install. Great job! From my first phone call to the updates I received, everyone was stellar.

100% positive experience. Elizabeth and KD did a bathroom renovation which required replacing undersized Polly pipes with new Pex pipes. They had to cut large tracks in the sheetrock to get to the pipes. They went beyond anything I've experienced with other plumbers to do the job right, to control dust, and to provide cost saving tips for how to finish the remodel.

Their up front, total job pricing took the worry out of what the total job would cost. It was a treat to have Elizabeth and KD in our house. They were so respectful of us and our home. This job required an experienced plumber's knowledge and creative problem solving. KD was an apprentice already showing good skills and Elizabeth was both teaching and carefully supervising him. We received exceptional and friendly service from Ben M. He quickly and professionally hooked up our natural gas grill and calked a bathtub spout. He answered all of our questions. Could not have asked for better service.

Joel came out same day, but he also expanded the cost for the basic Serling clean out to include replacing the sewer line itself. He did the job but I felt he over billed based on my request thru the four season plumbing dispatcher for the $93 clean out service offered on line. However Joel billed me $401.68 for the same job including tax. He took the focus off the immediate job and became a salesman for the bigger job. I had to call the company back and cancel the line replacement due to not being able to afford the bigger job. I expect them to honor the original cost offer.

After I acquired my new home I discovered serious drainage problems in my yard after heavy rains. At one point I had to erect a barrier to keep the water from coming inside and flooding my newly installed flooring. Several plumbers came to view the problem but none had a solution. Four Seasons Plumbing saved the day. They installed a new, underground drainage system in both my front and back yards, for a very reasonable price. Voila! Drainage problem no longer exists no matter how long or hard it rains.

These people are all highly experienced and are long time employees. They know what needs to be done and the best way to do it. On top of that, they are all such nice folks and great communicators. You'll be so happy you've chosen them to resolve your problems!

We used Four Seasons twice last year and received relatively prompt service. This Saturday morning we woke to find our front yard and basement flooded from a broken water line. When I called for service, I was told that they only provide services to their premium members and could not do anything until at least next week. I had never heard of premium membership since nobody had ever offered it to me. Thankfully we found a new plumber who is on the way and will become our new plumber.

Thank you Four Seasons. I have been without water in my house for 5 days. After going to Lowes to attempt to buy a water heater and have it installed, I only got the run around and workers who failed to show up to my house. I called Four Seasons on Tuesday, and on Wednesday Stephen showed up, diagnosed the problem, installed a new water heater, triple checked his work, cleaned up everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left.

I can not be any happier with the service I received. And not only is the work guaranteed, it includes regular maintenance. I will NEVER use a different company for any plumbing needs I have. Thank you again Stephen. I also need to give a shout out to the girl who answers the phones. She continually called me with updates on when they would be here. OH. and when the job was done, it was UNDER the original estimate.

Excellent customer service! Brandon, a very nice young man stopped by to unclog a kitchen sink for me. After initially quoted me a higher amount, he saw that it was a simple fix and just charged the service call fee. Highly recommend this company and Brandon!

By now, most everyone is familiar with the Latin phrase caveat emptor. If you are not, it means "buyer beware". Sadly, it's a piece of advice that experience has taught myself and my wife to heed the words, with a lot of various professional businesses. Case in point: the power went out in our garage, requiring an electrician to examine and repair.

But because of our relative remote location, we had a difficult time finding anyone who would come out. Finally, we were able to find a guy. When he and his partner arrived, they examined the wiring, determined the issue, and said they could fix it for what we thought was a fair bargain. However, in the process of making the repairs, they disconnected our well's filtration system, causing tons of orange sediment to flow into our drinking water.

On top of that, their electrical work they did was dangerously slipshod. More on this later. A month or two later, we determined that our thirty year old water tank needed to be replaced. Because of the tank location, we thought it best to let a pro handle it. So, keeping in mind the Latin phrase, and with the help of Yelp, we called up 4 Seasons, who dispatched Brian who showed up promptly.

We told Brian what we wanted to do, and mentioned the orange water issue. He examined the tank, looked at the water, looked at the pump-house motors, and then looked at the electrical. He sat down with us, and took his time in explaining all the options available for water heating, advantages, disadvantages, and costs. Then told us what was wrong with the filter system, and offered to fix it.

And while the overall cost was slightly higher than we anticipated due to the water issue, he also fixed the electrical issue because, in his own words, "I couldn't leave it, knowing it could cause an electrical fire." Now, while it's highly recommend to do diligence when it comes to professional services such as plumbing services, it's also quite pleasant when a company and/or their reps go above and beyond what is expected and agreed upon. We shall be using them for all our future plumbing needs and recommending them to friends, family, and you.

Eric Prussing came to assess our water pressure problem. He was efficient and gave me some choices to fix our problem. He and a co-worker installed a new pressure tank in about an hour and a half. They were respectful and did a great job.

Four Seasons has done a lot of work for me over the years. They've tackled some pretty hairy situations and put in tons of hours of labor. They've done everything from sink replacements to replacing an entire well system.

Fixed nothing, cut holes in the ceiling and then magically concludes that the dishwasher leaks not the house plumbing, $400 and 60 minutes later leaves me with a $1000 in repairs. He took advantage of my wife who did not dispute the charge. Matt called and resolved my major issue. I think in the future I'll be on site to prevent unnecessary diagnostics. Otherwise, they come when they are called, they are nice customer facing and they my neighbors have had good experiences with them.

From the first phone call Four Seasons was very helpful and easy to communicate with. As I write this my house is recovering from a burst pipe due to corrosive pH in our well water, which technicians Shawn and Patrick explained and gave thorough details on options for repairs at various pricing levels. We need all new pipes and a good pH filter, which sucks, but Shawn and Patrick were the first repairmen we've had work on this moneypit that were actually a pleasure to talk to and be around, and that meant a lot on top of the timely repair. Would definitely recommend Four Seasons to others!

Juan our service representative was outstanding. We've found the firm to be professional, punctual and populated with very nice people. We highly recommend them.

I had them come out on a Sunday and asked first if they could replace a 75 gallon hot water heater. I was told they had those in stock. When the service person came out, he did find out that my water heater was under warranty, but then wanted $1725 to install a new one (which he did not stock). I told him that was more than the water heater would cost.

Then he opened his price book and showed me that a new unit was around $5000! I went with someone else the next day. The new water heater (if I had paid for it) was only $1000, not $5000 and I got it delivered and installed for $300 instead of $1725. Four Seasons was out to rip me off and I resent it. I will never call them again!

I am extremely happy with Four Seasons Plumbing. Brandon was awesome - courteous, friendly, smart - and was extremely helpful in making a plan for my needs, providing me with multiple options. He knows what he is doing and works fast. Four Seasons Plumbing is a premium plumbing company - they're not cheap, but you are getting what you pay for and costs, based on a fixed fee, are predictable.

Some people may be willing to take a chance on a company that charges less, but who doesn't do the high quality work done by Four Seasons or stand behind their work like Four Seasons does. My home is too important to me to a chance. Highly recommended.

Replaced a turn-off valve which he found was broken upon a routine inspection of our plumbing system. He performed a thorough inspection, found a potential devastating problem, and repaired the issue immediately saving us from a potential disaster.

Tracie is so pleasant, even when she has to tell you there is a delay, or they will not come until the next day. And Ryan is always so great. Willing to go back to the cellar again to show me how to turn things off or down before I go on vacation.

I have used this company many times. They are great. If there is a problem they come back and fix it. Unlike a lot of businesses they do what they say they are going to do. The lady on the phone is pleasant and gets someone to you quick.

Called on Tuesday to have my kitchen drain unclogged that was running slow. Was told they'd be here between 12 and 5 on Thursday. Was called a couple times telling me truck had broken down and technicians were backed up. Finally at 4:30 I was told they would be there in an hour. Told them that was too late and put me on tomorrow after 11:00. Said get to me as early as possible. Received a call at 1:30 telling me technicians were on 1st call and they wouldn't be there till later this afternoon. Asked for approximate time and she said late. Said I'd call someone else. Can't say enough bad thing about service.

They we're responsive and called me prior to arriving just as they said they would and showed up at the exact time they said. They took the time to listen to what I needed done and did great job on the repair at very fair price. I have been wanting to replace the kitchen faucet and sink for some time and they gave me various estimates to consider depending on how much I wanted to do.

The provider, aka Four Seasons came on a Sunday to address a leak from an upstairs bathroom shower/tub. Matthew (the technician) repaired a faulty/broken drain and gasket. Matthew showed up on time. Got to work right away. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He provided us a quote in writing prior to performing the work. He then left to get the needed parts.

Eric at Four Seasons provided excellent service, showed up in a beautiful truck, was friendly and did the job well. When I called dispatch to setup my appointment, they were courteous and had availability whenever I needed. So why the 1 star? My god the price, the cover up, ridiculous trip charge. I asked the lady who answered the phone, what do you charge for a toilet install?

She said, oh well it's different case by case. This was a lie. The truth was, she didn't want me to hang up on her when she gave me the price. Eric showed me his flat rate sheet - it was $520. Five hundred and Twenty dollars. to do a simple toilet replace, nothing fancy. If I hadn't needed it desperately done for family coming in town for the holidays, I would have told him to go home.

Also as someone else mentioned, there's a non refundable $29 trip charge - so even though I was lied to about the price not being set in stone over the phone, if I would have told Eric the flat rate price they did have was indeed too high, I would have still been charged $29, just for being lied to by his office. Guess what - that $29 also doesn't apply to your final ridiculous bill.

So after being charged double what I should have for a toilet instal, I also got hit with the $29 trip charge on top of that, not to mention I live 3.8 miles from their office. A toilet install should be $200-300. I've flipped a few houses in LA before I moved to Asheville. We had a couple wonderful plumbers. They could knock it out in an hour tops and it was usually in the low 200's. $521 is highway robbery and the bait and switch - its case by case to then hearing there's a flat rate - is almost criminal. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Dave was prompt and detailed in his estimate. He explained his approach to the project and answered my questions. They were able to get to the job after I selected them quickly. On day of the job, they got right to work and handled issues that arose professionally and competently. Anytime I had a question Dave took the time to explain it fully to me.

Too expensive and shoddy work especially for the price. To anyone looking for a plumbing service I suggest asking peers and relatives for someone with more experience and one that doesn't use desperation to price gouge its customers. Herein is my experience: The service "tech" seemed inexperienced and had to call someone else several times to locate an expansion tank that I very clearly explained the location of.

The "problem" they found was going to be billed in the multiple thousands of dollars if we ended up using them. I called another plumber to investigate and explain the issue. Upon hiring the other plumber (which ended up being 84% less costly) I found that the problem was a different issue that I fear Four Seasons would have been persuaded to bill me for the full amount regardless of what issue presented itself. There is no positive outcome I can think of this situation other than I now know to stay away from this company.

I just wanted to commend Ryan and Damian, the two techs that came out to repair our water main break. They were absolutely wonderful. Kind, professional, and fast-they made a bad situation not so painful. Thanks guys, for the great customer service! Would definitely be comfortable recommending Four Seasons based on this experience.
