Ahmed did a great job of cleaning our carpets and living room upholstery. Everything looks great. He communicated well through Yelp and in person. He was on time, pleasant, and efficient in his work. Ahmed also showed concern for our pet's safety during the process, and was careful with our furniture, hardwood floors, etc. If you are thinking of using his services, here are some things to keep in mind.
A large room may count as 2 rooms (measure the square footage and ask if in doubt). There is a base price for the steam cleaning only; if you would like them to use detergent as well, that costs $10 extra per room. (We paid this additional amount and felt that the price was still relatively good.) It is a smart idea to move any smaller pieces of furniture and other items that you can before they arrive. (Otherwise, they will just clean around them.) Plan to stay off your newly cleaned carpets for at least 4 hours while they dry (fans may speed up the process).

I found ASA on the Thumbtack app. After comparing a handful of service providers, I hired ASA to clean carpeted rooms and stairs and tile with grout in my home I moved into just a few months ago. Ahmed A. arrived with a smile despite the rain pouring outside. After a walk thru of the upstairs carpeted areas and downstairs tiled areas, he quickly got to work.
My 11 yo daughter was curious how the carpet cleaning equipment Ahmed was using worked. Ahmed kindly explained and demonstrated for her, then joked with her that she could clean the carpets now. I had never seen tile deep cleaned before. Ahmed explained the chemical used and psi difference between it and the carpet cleaning equipment. As he cleaned, I saw grout turn from dirty brown/gray to white.
It looked brand new! After he was done cleaning, he explained my carpet manufacturer's requirements to maintain their warranty (the previous homeowners had the carpet installed earlier this year). I feel very informed about chemicals, pH levels, and the best way to spot treat spills to ensure my carpet last many years. Thank you, Ahmed, for a job well done! I'll be hiring you again.

ASA has cleaned carpets for me and kitchen tile and grout. On all occasions, they were very professional, treating my home with the greatest of care. The carpet was not in bad shape, so I expected it to look great, which it did. However, the kitchen grout was a bit scary. Thanks ASA for making it look new again!
