A lot of the services we offer are unique to our customer's wants, needs, and desires. For this reason, we create Landscape Design Plans for each project to ensure construction goes smoothly. After an initial phone call with a potential client, we will do a conceptual design and put together an estimated budget form.If you like our design, we will then do a more detailed and comprehensive design, and narrow down a cost for the project. When spending this much time and effort on a landscape, it's important to make sure it is properly maintained to ensure your investment won't deteriorate. For this reason, we offer our customers monthly contracts, enabling us to maintain the landscape, as well as monitor irrigation, pests, fertilizers, weeds, and shrubs.

After I contacted Mr. Lesava he came out promptly to discuss our plans for xeriscaping our front yard. He was very professional and gave us clear helpful ideas to make our plan a reality. Within a short time he sent a very detailed estimate of his charges and let us know he was flexible in adding or subtracting items. He had reference pictures of his previous landscape projects and what he was able to offer us. He should be one of your bids for your next landscaping project.

Ten years ago Javier did an awesome job of landscaping the front yard of our newly acquired home. We had done nothing since the original installation so it was time for an update. Javier responded immediately to my call. Within a short period of time the drip system was replaced and fresh rock covering installed. We had Lesaca Lanscape come out and remove the grass in our back yard along with the irrigation for the grass. They expanded the cement walkway, replaced the grass with decomposed granite and delivered/placed a large boulder. Removing the grass was a very dusty/dirty job and each night before the crew left they swept and cleaned everything up. When everything was done they came back and pressure washed the driveway. We were very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone.

We are so pleased with the facelift Lesaca Landscape performed on our 35 plus year old backyard. Javier Lesaca of Lesaca Landscape did a great job in helping us design our new homes front and backyard plans, incorporating plants and color we wanted, while being able to keep within California's drought restriction guidelines and the required landscape plans needed for submission to the City of Bakersfield. He was very open to our suggestions and knowledgeable on which plants would work with our soil conditions. We only hired him for the landscape design/plan phase at this time as our new home will not be completed until 2018. The project cost/date listed is just for the plans.

We were in negotiations with Mr. Lesaca to do our front yard landscape. We discussed the job in detail, he had us drive to a location for reference, he had us turn off our watering to start killing out the lawn, and he was going to drop off samples to our home. We thought for sure we were in agreement. Then he suddenly ceased all communication. He would not return calls, e-mails, etc. It was very disappointing. And very stressful as we were also dealing with unexpected health complications. To this day we do not know what the heck happened!
