Juan, the technician, was great. He has great customer service skills, offered up some additional advice to keep the pipes clean and what to do to prevent further issues. He skillfully fixed our issue and made sure I was happy with the repair.?In general, the company is very responsive and had someone out to fix our issue within just a few hours. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Dennis G was extremely professional. He helped us repair a burst water pipe in our new home and was very nice when we had questions about our plumbing. After calling another Plumbing company and being told "maybe today, we're not sure. If not then next Tuesday " I called Colepepper Plumbing. They not only said "yes we can be there today", but Allen R arrived in under an hour. In a stressful situation he was friendly, reassuring, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained things so I would understand, gave me options and allowed me to decide without influence.

He made a recommendation regarding doing the restoration portion myself or having a professional complete it. Plumbing is not my field so I was glad to have someone so patient and knowledgeable help me. I had water turned on within 2 hours! Thank you to Allen!

We called Colepepper Plumbing for an emergency estimate for a leaking water heater. We wanted to get them out here quickly, get an estimate to replace and upgrade. The appointment was between 9-12am today. I JUST received a phone call from them telling me they can't make it today. Over an HOUR after the time frame started! I don't know how a company doesn't know there guy can't get to a place over an hour late but i cancelled the appointment.

If they can't even be on time for an estimate, I fail to see how they can be as good as people call them for the actual installl. I also called them for an emergency plumbing issue a couple months back and they never even responded. They have lost a customer for life AND anyone I know.

I was in such a panic after discovering the bathroom floor flooded and not being able to shut off the leaky valve. I couldn't believe I didn't have a go to plumber (I do now!). My son did an online search and found Colepepper Plumbing. Such a positive experience. I really can't say enough good things about our technician Andy! Exceptional professionalism, friendly & courteous.

Being an after hours emergency, I was really happy he arrived as quickly as he did. As it turned out I needed the angle stop replaced. Andy explained everything in detail and the cost before doing the work. Not only did he replace the valve, but as a courtesy Andy also tighten some parts inside the toilet tank as it was slowly leaking water as well. I so appreciate this level of service and would highly recommend Colepepper Plumbing to all my friends and family!

The plumber initially quoted me $500 dollars for valve replacement under the sink. After telling him that was too high he dropped it down to $350. Even at $350 the price is high for 45 minutes of work and a simple valve, but had him do the work for convenience. The job seems to be done well at least. I will not be a return customer considering their pricing strategy.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about the work being performed. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and looks great. No leaks, no mess left behind, got it right the first time. I've added Colepepper to my contact list and they will be my first call for future work.

I needed someone to repair a sink pipe ASAP, I looked online for the best rated places, and Colepepper plumbing was highly rated. It was super easy to make an appointment, the staff answering the phones were friendly and were able to answer all my questions. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Eddie was the plumber that came over. He was super helpful, professional, and did an amazing job.

He explained exactly what he needed to do and why, and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to repair. Andy was very thorough and professional. He assessed the situation and gave me a fair quote before getting started. During the service he showed me what was coming out of the pipe and gave me further recommendations to help clean and prevent this from being a continual problem. I called to have a technician come out and provide guidance on what I should do about a outside drain line that collapsed due to tree roots. After digging a trench and finding the root cause, I wanted to see what options were available. Allan arrived and was very knowledgeable. He provided me with several options I could take and provided estimates for each one.

I'm truly thankful that he showed up and explain the pros and cons to each option. I'm planning to use their services in the future when I'm ready. Having the issue fixed the right way is going to cost me but I rather pay more for it to be done right. I highly recommend them.

I had a clog on New Years and got a recommendation for a plumber from the neighborhood. That plumber said he didn't do drains but recommended Colepepper as a good place to go that did. I called them and they had staff there to help me schedule on New Year's, which was great. Allan was the plumber that was sent out - I got a call before the visit, he showed up on time and we got right to the problem after a couple of quick questions to clarify what the issue was. Allan was personable and explained all the details of what was going on including scoping out the pipe after clearing the obstruction. Honestly I don't think I could have asked for a better experience, he was knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done and suggested how to follow up to avoid it recurring. I would definitely work with Colepepper again based on this experience and would recommend them to anybody.

The house's main drain was clogged and pushed water back into all three bathrooms. I called Colepepper Plumbing around 10PM and a technician arrived at my house 30 minutes later. Allen was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He listened to our concerns, did his inspection and got to work immediately. The master bathroom's toilet had to be removed inorder to unclog the main drain. Allen completed his work and did a thorough cleaning of the area.

I was very impressed with the service and response time of Colepepper Plumbing. Their a little pricey, but the service call was a late night emergency. I would recommend and use this company again.

Our technician, Anthony, was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our house. He clearly communicated the potential causes of our plumbing issues along with everything he was doing to resolve them. He was neat and thoroughly cleaned up after he was finished. We needed to replace the water valve to our refrigerator, and Alan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us the process and gave us the estimate. We don't have any complaints for Alan. There is a lot of competition out there but we went with Colepepper Plumbing because we thought they were honest, well after asking around we found out that a replacement of a water valve to our refrigerator rates anywhere from $150 - $250 and we were originally going to be charged $1200, but Alan managed to get the price down to $749 which is still 3 times more than Bill Howe or Anderson's Plumbing. My recommendation is read the reviews first before you hire someone to do any plumbing work. I do NOT recommend Colepepper Plumbing for their outrageous prices!

Friendly and caring staff. The prices are cheaper than some other companies I called. Christopher is a very knowledgeable person to talk to. He answered all of my questions. All I can say is you cannot go wrong with Colepepper plumbing.

We called Colepper plumbing out because it was taking a long time for hot water to reach our shower. They then proceeded to charge us thousands for unnecessary work, only to finally end up installing the WRONG water heater WITHOUT a permit, and in VIOLATION of codes. I took them to Arbitration where the owner, Mitch Kenney, LIED. The arbitrator saw through him and awarded us our damages. Mitch / Colepepper still refuse to pay the award provided by arbitration. Avoid Mitch and Colepepper at ALL COSTS.

0 stars, do not recommend at all. There were so many issues with this company! One being, they did not honor their military discount when asked. They did not honor their 30 day warranty. They did not honor their 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed for a refund. We hired them due to a clogged toilet at our rental property. We were told they needed. to hydro jet the pipes which cost around $1,660.

We decided to go through with them because our tenants needed a toilet, of course. A week later, the same problem occurs. We called back the technician, Stan, to let him know the situation. Stan then proceeds to tell us that we are going to need to replace our pipes and quoted us for around 8,400.

Worst plumbing company out there! Didnt complete work they were suppose to! Also never showed up to do estimates on jobs scheduled. never called to explain. never called back. finally I called for the "manager" n they had front desk lady explain which was not an explanation only a lack of management or lack of balls they couldnt talk to me directly! I would never recommend this company for any plumbing needs. worst management possible!

They have the worst customer service ever. They are over priced and do not take care of customer complaints even when they are valid complaints. I worked there for about 6 months, I set up their whole admin work and was let go because the wife didn't like me. I am honestly surprised they are still in business. Do not trust this company at all

I reached out to Colepepper plumbing to receive a bid for some repairs that were listed on a home inspection report for a home my wife and I are trying to buy on a Saturday. I was told that they could for sure assist me, and have a plumber out between 10-2 on Sunday, and they would call about 30 min before they arrived. We reached out to our agent. so the sellers could be ready as well.

I called at 11 on the day of the appointment to confirm it. I was told yes we were confirmed it would be another hour. I called at 12:30 to follow up as it had been over an hour. I was told that they had a lot of calls and I was next. I called at 1:30 again to see what the ETA was, as we were trying to.

Mitch at Colepepper was fantastic at responding to our early-Sunday-morning water heater emergency. He arrived at our house within an hour of calling him, explained what was wrong and what our options were, and answered all our questions. The next morning, David from Colepepper arrived and did an excellent job installing our new water heater and whole house water filtration system. Both guys were professional, kind, and fast.

Our toilet was leaking as well as dirty water flooding into our tubs and showers on Sunday, by Monday morning at 8:00 am Joshua was here to save us. So quick, a little pricey but now I see why. Great work, fast service, and great communication throughout the process. Joshua left our bathrooms cleaner then they were before he got there.

These guys are very knowledgable, reliable, neat and accommodating, they repaired a pressure problem in my bathroom as well as replacing a water heater. Their work is professional, and when the problem persisted they not only made time right away to return to fix it but also did the repair free of charge.

Honest plumber. On-time and fairly priced. We are from Las Vegas, and have a second home in the Del Mar area. Our water heater TP valve was leaking hot water, when we arrived for our summer stay the valve was malfunctioning and leaking hot water.

I highly recommend Colepepper Plumbing. After searching for several years for a good plumber, we finally found them. We have had various plumbing issues with our 30+ year old home in recent years and could not find a plumber that was completely knowledgeable, cared about their work and charged a fair price.
