Joel & Co. Construction just finished remodeling our 5,800 foot Square home in Los Angeles. we are very happy with the entire process. All phases of the project was done professionally and timely. Joel & Co. construction remodeled our guest bedroom and bathroom; about 600 sq. ft. Remodeling projects are stressful! Joel was able to answer all our questions quickly with honesty. We were happy with the job and would recommend them to friends and family. There were outcomes on the project that didn't go as we expected but Joel was very accommodating and redo the work without problem.

I was very much worried about thinking whom to hire as the contractor as I was planning for some great kitchen remodeling along with proper bath renovation. After meeting Joel, the owner of Joel & Co. Construction I was pretty sure that he has some promising ideas to provide our kitchen and bathroom. My bathroom has become larger and more functional and the beautiful designs adding more features to the spaces.

After hiring them it took approximately 3 weeks to finish the kitchen remodeling project and the outcome was so good that I don't regret of hiring him for this job. Now I have a master bathroom and a fine and clean kitchen and the credit goes to this company.

It's been almost a year since we had Joel remodel our kitchen and all three of our bathrooms. We installed basalt stone and glass subway tile (for a modern look) in our master bath and to this day everything still looks new. I cannot say enough good things about Joel Portillo and his crew of craftsmen. I had a very old kitchen that was in serious need of a complete gut and overhaul. I called and made an appointment with Joel and he showed up exactly when he said he would, took the time to listen to what I needed done, and provided me with a very competitive and detailed estimate.

Once the kitchen remodel construction started they made sure I knew what was going on each day. Joel was personally doing work himself a long side his construction crew. He walked us through every part of the process and was always available for questions. We felt like he and his team really did care and wanted to do their best work. After they were all finished we noticed something that we wanted adjusted and he immediately scheduled his painters to come back in order to be sure it was exactly as we wanted.
