ADM Bathroom Design

I was trying set up a trade account with adm and spoke with the manager, Daniel. He seemed like an okay guy. He told me to email my business license over so they can create a trade account, which I did. But after that he ghosted me. My emails go unanswered and I have been given every excuse in the book multiple times over for days for him not being available. He' s not in the office yet at 9am, 10am, and 11am, basically anytime I call.

I'm told: He comes in at odd hours whenever he feels like it. He just went to the bathroom. He just went to lunch. I don't know a Daniel. There's no Daniel that works here. He's not at his desk right now. Someone else called his line as I was transferring you over to him and beat you to it. Etc.and promise after promise from his coworkers that he will call me back.

This so bizarre. I have no idea why you would treat a customer this way. Especially one who wants to give your company thousands of dollars. And I have no idea what prompted this treatment either. It is truly strange. I never leave bad reviews, but this time it seemed to call for it. Buyer beware unless you think this kind of rude behavior is acceptable.

Good communication, timely delivery and very good product. Reputable group to deal with. Will certainly do more business with them.

After searching many weeks for the right soaker tub for my new bathroom renovation, and being disappointed with so many other suppliers, I found ADM Bathroom and fell in love with their products. Since I'm in Florida and couldn't visit their showroom in California, it was a big leap of faith to make a purchase of this nature online. Gabriela, their customer service representative, worked with me every step of the way.

She even delayed the shipment for several months until my contractor was ready to install it. The tub was crated so securely and arrived in perfect condition. I was amazed at the beauty and comfort of this tub. The matte stone resin is heavenly and sexy and maintains the perfect water temperature for hours of soaking time. I watched an entire movie and never had to add any hot water.

Being totally happy with the tub is one thing. Being completely happy with the service of ADM, takes it to another level of joy. Thank you for helping to make my dream bathroom come true to life. Abundant Blessings for continued success in your business.

This is the most comfortable bathtub ever. Usually there is a conflict between form and function, but this bathtub has both. It looks amazing in our new bathroom and it is so comfortable to lay in. The shape of the tub makes it feel like you're sitting in a chaise lounge. We love the way the matte stone resin looks. Very happy with this tub.

Love our shower head. Water pressure is great and water instantly gets hot. No waiting around and waisting water to get warm enough to take shower. Love our heavy duty stool too. I can put it any where in the shower area. Great material just like shower head white Matt. Good part of using there stools it will be way cheeper to make those step area in shower and not have any issue like mold and mildew by edge of stool and wall that get attached

When I visited the ADM showroom, Guillermo was extremely helpful. and patient while I "tried out" all of the bathtubs on the showroom floor (he even arranged for a model which was not on the showroom floor to be unpacked and cleaned in the warehouse so I can take a look). When I decided on a model (SW-151W) the ordering process was easy and ADM was extremely accommodating when I needed to store the bathtub for a couple of months before scheduling delivery. When finally delivered, the tub was wrapped and crated carefully and arrived in perfect condition! It is beautiful and luxurious. We love the spa feel!

After spending so much time on research for modern bathtub, I have found this company. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. They have excellent customer support and helped me to choose the design and size. I am very happy with look and quality of that bathtub. Highly recommend this company!

Sink warped within 4 years. I don't know what the material is that they fabricate tubs and sinks from but it doesn't with withhold or stand the test of time.

I love the sink and floating shelf. The only reason I am not giving it all 5 stars is I was first sent the wrong shelf and delivery was a bit of a hassle. They corrected the problem though.

After exploring many options for a replacement sink for our powder room we decided that ADM had the widest selection and variety of sinks. The order process was easy and the sales representative spent time with us finding the sink that was most suitable for our needs and the size of the sink that would be most attractive. Shipping was fast and efficient, well packaged and it arrived with everything needed for a fast and easy installation. The only extra that we needed to purchase was a new trap for the wall mounted sink. ADM support was available to answer any questions we had regarding the installation.

It took a long time to decide on fixtures for my bathroom remodel. It was a bit risky to order a tub and sink that I was unable to check out in person but I'm so happy I went with the high quality affordable products from ADM! Beautiful stuff, well packaged, and shipped fast!

Bought our SW-131S Matte White Stone Resin Bathtub for our new build. It is even better than described. A beautiful, amazing tub.

We ordered a wall mount sink for our powder room. The sink was a perfect addition for updating the powder room. When it comes to DIY projects I usually avoid anything relating to plumbing, something always seems to go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install the sink. The quality and look of the sink surpassed our expectations.

All parts necessary to mount the sink were included and the instructions adequate to make the installation easy and trouble free. We were very pleased with customer service during the order process, with help selecting a sink that would meet our needs.

We ordered the large sw-114 stone resin tub and we absolutely love it! It is very beautiful and feels like we're on vacation every time we use it. The shipping was very fast. Rough-in installation was extremely difficult due to the size, shape, and weight of the tub. We had to build a frame and use hoists to install the tub in the drain. You will need the Rough-in drain kit to install. Overall we are extremely happy with this beautiful tub!

Great management. Great products and the manager Daniel is fantastic. Will continue support this company and purchase all my bathroom products in the future.

I am very disappointed from the sales person, Fernando at this ADM showroom. I talked to him on the phone in the morning at 9 am and inquired about 3 pedestals sinks. He told me they are open until 4 pm and it is better that I call him half an hour before coming to the showroom that he can pull out the items to see and purchase right away. When I gave him the model number of the items that I was interested in, the said that they are all in stock and we could buy and take them with us.

I called him at 2 pm to give him a heads up, in response he said suddenly they got a notice that they can close early at 3pm and he said I have to be there before 3 and he will pull out the items for us. We drove 50 mins from Orange County to get there. We got there at 2:50 pm and chose the pedestal that we wanted and he asked us to open the trunk to load.

After 2 mins he came back and said that the item os out of stock and will not be restocked until January, even though he told us that it was available! He explanation was the item is out of stock because I did not secure it through payment! Good luck with your business. Your business will never grow.

ADM was great. I ordered 2 sinks for my master bathroom project in NY and the sinks were shipped quickly from California. They arrived without any damage. Unfortunately, ADM only drilled 1 hole when I requested 3 but they fixed this immediately. They paid for a local contractor in NY to drill the additional holes - great customer service. I would definitely order from them again.

Placing an order was a nightmare - as their customer service was not responsive to changes and made it very frustrating to work with. When escalated to a manager, was promised prompt service and personal accountability, so I placed an order accordingly. No response for two weeks (though email response from manager was the order would be shipped in a few days after I confirmed the order) When I enquired (project is now running behind costing time and money), the response was that the order disappeared within the system.

The manager said he would expedite the order, but would not let me me speak with the owner saying the owner was too busy to speak with customers. Very shortly after my review, the owner did reach out to me and explain that a mistake did take place at their end, and was going to make me whole by giving me an appropriate credit as well as expedited shipment of the order. I appreciate the good faith efforts acknowledging the mistake and steps to correct it.

We had been looking for a solid resin, freestanding bathtub for our master bath remodel. Looked at many different designs liked a unique sloping design that ADM offered. Ordering and delivery went fine. Was assured design specs were accurate and they do not provide a separate install template for drain and supply location. Opened the packaging upon delivery and measured the tub.several inches longer and wider than specs.and would require movement of already completed roughin plumbing. Provided photo images with tape measurements to ADM, who acknowledged that this was a new larger model for which they had not yet prepared or posted the spec sheet. ADM eventually provided me a very modest price reduction, which did fortunately cover the extra costs of my plumbing rework. Other than that snafu, very pleased with quality & look of the new tub.

I found AMD while remodel of a small bathroom. I was looking specifically for the slant/slope wall mount sink that would fit in a small space. They had the perfect one. I was pleasantly surprised when they personally reached out to me to confirm the holes for my faucet. While I provided the specs from the faucet mfgr, they took the extra step to contact the mfgr and confirm the specs before drilling the holes. Again, they reached out to me after I received the sink to make sure everything had gone ok. It's refreshing to have such personal service over a sink purchase! I'll soon be redoing another bathroom and will strongly consider their products for that project as well.

Bought a cool free-standing sink that looks like a laundry detergent bottle upon recommendation from my interior designer. I was originally leaning toward another modern design from an alternative supplier but ADM seemed more reliable and I didn't want to deal with any post-purchase issues. Well, after seeing my contractors sweat through significant hours and efforts on trying to make this sink work after two weeks due to missing parts and the sink's inherent design issue, I would've probably had much better luck elsewhere. 1.

Sink was delivered without a drain. We didn't know until my contractor drilled-open the container and called ADM to know it was missing. 2. ADM sent me incorrect delivery tracking info for the make-up drain, making it difficult to schedule with my contractors. They only corrected it after I followed up again 3. Due to the sink's design issue and lack of special installation instructions, it is extremely difficult attach the sink without leaking or hitting the sink where the pipe shouldn't be. ADM did not My contractors spent significant hours purchasing and trying four different extension pipes on their own trying to make it work.

They also called ADM during installation to explore various options only to receive general advice that did not address our concerns. Brb buying my contractors lunch after they just came back from plumbing stores looking for more fixes

ADM and I had a bit of a miscommunication over a specific product timing + delivery.and they did absolutely everything they could to make the situation work for myself and my clients; I cannot WAIT to see this fully installed! Highly recommend their product + service thus far.

These people are great to work with and have a high quality product. They were even gracious enough to give me a discount when I didn't expect it. My sinks arrived in a timely manner and I noticed a slight flaw in one of them. I made a phone call and after a sincere apology, my replacement sink was on it's way within a day. You can't beat a 10 year warranty either.

I ordered a sink and a tub from ADM and they were great to work with. They held the order until we were far enough along in the construction process and were ready to install it. We had a mix up with the sink brackets and they resolved it immediately. great customer service! We ordered DW-136 - Glossy White Stone Resin Sink and SW-103S - Glossy White Stone Resin Tub. Both items are exactly what I expected and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

ADM's customer service was very helpful before my making a purchase -- providing extra detail and specifications about products I was evaluating to be sure what fit my requirements -- and thorough after the sale to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied. They offer beautiful products, great customer service and stand behind their products. I am far more than satisfied and only wish I found them sooner for my bathroom project.

We are so thrilled with our beautiful bathtub (SW 169 Glossy White Stone Resin) from ADM Bathroom Design. It is aesthetically pleasing and oh so comfortable. We placed it in the corner of our bedroom to enjoy the magnificent view through our Glass Panel Wall System. Adrianna provided excellent customer service!

We ordered a soaking tub through ADM and they were gracious enough to hold onto it in their warehouse for well over 4 months. In the end there was a mix up which is too confusing to go into.the mix up was on our end and had nothing to do with ADM. We ended up having to cancel our order with ADM and they were so kind. We felt horrible as they worked so well with us. I absolutely would buy products through them for any future projects!

Adm is amazing to work with. I had been looking all over for a freestanding tub and filler for our master bath. I had called other companies that didn't return my call. Adm answered the phone when I called and was most helpful. When I couldn't decide on the tub filler the manager face timed me so he could show me the different tub heights and fillers. The tub was shipped along with the filler and it is perfect! Thank you Adm!

After seeing ADM products on HOUZZ, and reviewing their website, we decided to fly to LA to make sure the quality really is as good as it looks since the prices are so reasonable in comparison to anything we could find locally (Seattle). The showroom is a short drive from LAX and they have about 8 tubs displayed in a variety of shapes and finishes (all gorgeous). Daniel was extremely helpful (we were considering a variety of shapes but had some specific space considerations).

We tried them all. They really are solid material tubs (much more expensive anywhere else). We ordered the tub and it arrived three business days later. The entire process was seamless and we are extremely pleased with our choice.

The guys at ADM are wonderful to work with. The designs are ultra modern, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is just exception. My contractor damaged the shower head and the bathtub and ADM was more than helpful in fixing the cracks etc. We highly recommend them.
